I had this company install gutters after a roof replacement about 5 years ago. Some of the gutters are slanted the wrong way and do not drain well. Leaks in the corners. I had contacted them about installing some additional downspouts. I was told that the cost would be $50 per downspout and that they would order the color (Bronze). No follow-up responses. I have contacted them several more times and was told someone would come out and look at the job. No response. I originally contracted them as they had put gutters on a relative's house and seemed to have done a good job. I am a Realtor and had recommended them to several of my clients after the initial install. I have been very disappointed in the service that I have received.

Faithful gutters provided professional communication throughout the entire process. Debra was polite, informative and very helpful. The gutter crew was quick and efficient with installation of the gutters. My gutters look great & work very well.

I recently had gutters installed. the install guys were great and the install went as planned. After the gutters were installed and it rained I noticed one of the corners was leaking water. I sent a video of the leak and text messages to the Rep on 11/7/22 got no response. Finally I sent an email to Roofs Restored and then the Rep responded and said the scheduler would call me. Well that was on 11/16 and still nothing. Moral of the story is don't expect anything once the 2nd check clears the bank. Guess I'll fix it myself.

I hired Faithful Gutters a couple of years ago and I referred my neighbor to them. After adding a pool deck, I requested a quote from them for gutters. After several weeks, a very incompetent blonde woman, who could not even operate a tape measure, came out. I had to measure everything for her. She then sat in her truck for a bit and then told me they have a $900 minimum price even for repeat customers. I suggest spending a little extra money and use a company that will take care of its customers.

Got our gutters installed six years ago by Charles and Faithful Gutters. The crew was on time, professional, and did a fantastic job for a price about 25% less than other quoted companies.

Did not write a review then. I expected good work, and that is what I got.

Two days ago, we had some wind damage to a section of gutter on the right side of our home. Called Charles, and he came out to fix the damage for a really good price. Again, courteous and professional. He even went around the entire house, inspected and tightened all the gutter connections, and then cleaned out the roof shingle granules.

I would highly recommend this company.

Faithless Gutters

Quite possibly the worst contractor I have ever worked with. He installed gutters that exited onto shingles causing unnecessary wear. This required $250 to repair. See attached pic. In addition his installation of the patio was massively substandard, the roofing and gutter people we had to get to repair the area called it the worst they had ever seen. See attache pic 2500$. Unfortunately this isn't something that you could see from the ground. Only getting on the roof would spot it. When we went to sell the house it was discovered by the home inspector and is not something that we could ever sell the house with.

I contacted Charles to make things right. He said he didn't know what was wrong and to go ahead and have someone else fix the problem. I told him that the gutter person had quoted 2-3 thousand for the repair. He swore up and down that he would pay for the repairs. I'm sure you can see where this is going.

Repairs compete, to standard and the total is 2750. Charles suddenly gets amnesia when we send him the invoices and only pays back 250$. Bear in mind we had to contact him numerous times to get that amount. During the subsequent call, he lies and says that we said we would be getting bids and getting back to him. Not true. And that he never would have agreed to that amount. Also not true. Charles was quick and cheep, many of our fiends and neighbors went with Charles. Mutual close friends in fact recommended him to us. I will be recommending that all of them get their installations looked at by a professional.

Charles acts like I'm ripping him off. But the facts are it cost us thousands to repair his awful installation. All we wanted is for Charles to make it right. He did not.

Spent $5,000 for gutters and within 3 years, they have all fallen off! Called and left several messages for the owner and he never returns the calls. Will make sure to let everyone know about this company!
