i just called the company after seeing good reviews since i was going past my inspection period i needed someone to give me an estimate on some roof repairs. i got someone on the phone that talked down to me and said it can't be done worrying mostly about getting paid.. i tried to explain the situation to make it work and she started to back down slightly but at that point as a customer i had already lost the trust from my side.i wish them the best of luck.

Bob came over to give an estimate for a roof leak, since I had moisture in my walls. Bob crawled into my small attic and discovered that my A/C unit and its stand were sopping wet. This is probably the root of my wet wall problem. It is very difficult to move around in my attic and Bob went out of his way to inspect every inch.

I have had other professionals try to find the source of my damp walls and nobody could figure it out....but, Bob did.

I offered to pay Bob for his time and he said it wasn't necessary. Since I didn't need a roofer, he left with a cold bottle of water and a smile.
I will hire Bob if I ever need a roofer. I'm writing to tell you about Bob's classy and professional manner. If you need roof help, Bob is worth considering.

My daughter recently had her roof repaired, and was completely satisfied. I had a leak and got her roofer's number.

Set up an appointment for an estimate. Bob, the owner was on time, and professional. Suggested that it might not be the roof but (50/50) an ac problem, since I have repair contract I might save money.

It was not the ac, so I scheduled the repair.

Once again they were on time efficient and professional. They did the job quickly & neatly.

I live in a community with alternate side street parking. They arrived and unloaded on the wrong side. I mentioned it to the person in charge and within minutes he moved. I thought that was especially considerate.

He also took the time to tell me that the general condition of the roof was excellent and probably would last another 10 to 15 years with little repair.

The next day I received an email with pictures of the damage that caused the leak and the repair process.

Considering the entire experience I highly recommend using Fairway to anyone wanting an honest, quality roof repair.

Called just to inquire about a small repair that we had on a property. I also work for a roofing company, but we do not do work in that area anymore. In fact, that was the only job we had done there. I saw their website and they seemed to cover a large scope of work. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Unnecessarily rude. She treated me like garbage for asking about a possible repair. Sorry to put you out.

After seeing the great reviews on both Yelp & Google I chose to go with Fairway to put a new roof on my home & I am SO glad that I did! Grace in the office was very down to business - she said that it would take 2 days and it did ! On the first day they took the old roof off and on the second they put the new roof on! The workers were all very polite and they did a great job cleaning up as well, the city came out to do the inspection and the owner of Fairway came back the next day to collect his ladder and last payment!! Very very happy with this company and I would recommend them to anyone that I know !!

Fairway Roofing is hands down the best roofer you will find ANY WHERE!!! Bob has 35 years of experience and more knowledge than a roofer doing it twice as long. Grace in the office is excellent at customer service. You will be sorry if you don't call them first!!

Bob and Grace are fantastic. My roof in my kitchen was leaking, Bob the Owner came by and new right away what was wrong and scheduled my appointment the following week. You wouldn't know anyone was there, they are professional and clean and I am so happy that I found honest people to deal with.

Bob is a good man. Came down to Fort Lauderdale, checked out my small project, addressed my concerns and questions, gave me some great advice, and didn't try to upsell me.
Hard to find an honest, upstanding contractor in south florida. Bob is one of the few.
