FairClaims Roofing and Construction is a family owned business which makes the customer feel like they are part of the family as well. They reroofed my home and also fixed skylights. One of the skylights has a tall opening which required some Jerry-rigging to get the scaffolding inside in order to paint. The FC team did a great job. I like the responsiveness of Brandon and I like that he supervises his team throughout the project. I recommend this company completely.

What do I want from a contractor job? Professional work and great communication.
I just had my rood replaced by Denton Trinity and they met both requirements!
Jonathan kept in regular contact. They did what they said they would when they said they would do it.
And the roof looks great. They replaced my chimney as well and did an excellent job on that as well.

My parents' home in N. Richland Hills TX has a small skylight area that needed help with a leakage issue and a loose roof panel; after some research online, I placed a call to Fairclaims Roofing & Construction, based on their good reviews - Bruce came with his repair man promptly the next day to check out our roof.

Bruce gave us the assessment and recommended a replacement for the old roof in this area; he gave us fair pricing and his repairman (Estaban) was able to make the arrangement to take on the job for us right away. They purchased the materials and Estaban completed the job nicely within the day! Though this is a small change, the new roof has improve our little atrium area quite a bit.

The following couple of days we had a rain storm to test out the new roof - there was absolutely no leak! Bruce also did call us to make sure everything is in good order with that rain storm - we surely appreciate his follow-up! We also did have a request for a small unrelated fix, without any hesitation, Bruce was able to contact his repairman who came back the next day to help us out. Totally appreciate both of their responsiveness and professionalism. Overall, they did an amazing job! Highly recommended.

Great experience, Paul Hale was very responsive. He made what can be a very unpleasant experience pleasant. They do great work overall. If you feel something is not done right he will work with you until you are satisfied, I would highly recommend them.

Can't thank them enough. Quick response and out patching our roof after the hail storm as well as other neighbors roofs even though they did not use their service. FCR is about community and doing the right thing. We highly recommend their services.
