After an exhaustive search for a contractor to do my roof, I decided on Factor Roofing. Some of the other estimates were outrageously priced or the companies could not be bothered to explain what I was paying for. When I spoke to Aaron and Vladimir, they patiently walked me through the estimate and were extremely straight-forward about possible costs in case things went wrong. Everything went very smoothly (and on budget) and they got the job done efficiently and with a high quality of work. I can not recommend them more if you are looking for honest contractors who communicate well and do fantastic work. Thanks guys!

We hired Factor Roofing to replace the roof on our house and detached garage. Our roof was in terrible shape, and had quite a lot of damage to the wood under-layer. Factor Roofing replaced all of the damaged wood, and installed a beautiful new roof.
I really appreciated their timely replies, efficient work, and helpful suggestions. We opted to add a foam insulation layer to the roof, which has already made a huge difference in the interior temperature of our home (it's an old house, is poorly insulated, causing us to run the A/C most days to keep the house habitable).
The work was completed very quickly, and looks great!

I hired Factor Roofing as they were referred to me by a friend. Vladimir and has various crews showed up and did the work in a timely manner. We had to replace all of the plywood as the roof was old and in dyer need. They worked nearly every day including a Sunday to get it done asap and properly. We put a TPO roof on my flat roof and I am quite hopeful this has solved all of my roofing problems. I would recommend using Factor roofing.

Vladimir came out and introduced himself as the owner of the company. He came across very professional, and I trust him to do a great job on our roof. They removed the old tile that we had, and are in the process of installing a new tile roof. They recently completed two layers of water proofing. I will update the review with pictures once they are done.

I used Factor roofing for my house out in Whittier, CA after the recent, record-breaking storms in the Los Angeles area. Although we did have hiccups with scheduling and pricing at the beginning, the roof looks great so far and I know I have high expectations for all businesses I work with. Based on my experience, other contractors seem scammy, fail to volunteer information unless you specifically ask, and only give the bare minimum. Factor Roof stands out in being completely transparent at the outsight! I'm confident in trusting them. We'll keep an eye on it when rain season comes again, but they do voluntarily provide warranty and detailed information on maintenance.
