We hired Factor Roofing to replace the roof on an older home in Pasadena. The initial estimate was competitive but we ultimately paid about 50% more due to the older condition of the existing roof. Vladimir was very responsive to all of my questions and was always easy to reach. I like that all of the paperwork was done electronically, and the prices and measurements were checked and double checked (by me and him, LOL). Vladimir Factor is a pleasure to work with. He sent plenty of pictures along the way, which was very helpful. He even sent a drone to make a nice video of the completed job.

our roof needed some minor fixing. I get quoted from more than 5 companies and Factor Roofing had the best pricing. The job is too small for many other contractors that either they don't fix it or give a very hefty price on fixing. Some even told me I need a new roof. Blake came and gave a very reasonable quote and get the job done with no upselling.

I used this company for a extremely small repair... two shingles, turned out to be about 15 minutes of labor. The price was outrageous, but they were the only ones who provided a quote in a timely manner, and with rain on the way, I used them.

The repair itself was fine. I can't tell where the missing shingles were.

My advice is to get multiple quotes. This company will take advantage of you if given the opportunity.
