We hired Factor Roofing to replace the roof on an older home in Pasadena. The initial estimate was competitive but we ultimately paid about 50% more due to the older condition of the existing roof. Vladimir was very responsive to all of my questions and was always easy to reach. I like that all of the paperwork was done electronically, and the prices and measurements were checked and double checked (by me and him, LOL). Vladimir Factor is a pleasure to work with. He sent plenty of pictures along the way, which was very helpful. He even sent a drone to make a nice video of the completed job.

our roof needed some minor fixing. I get quoted from more than 5 companies and Factor Roofing had the best pricing. The job is too small for many other contractors that either they don't fix it or give a very hefty price on fixing. Some even told me I need a new roof. Blake came and gave a very reasonable quote and get the job done with no upselling.

I used this company for a extremely small repair... two shingles, turned out to be about 15 minutes of labor. The price was outrageous, but they were the only ones who provided a quote in a timely manner, and with rain on the way, I used them.

The repair itself was fine. I can't tell where the missing shingles were.

My advice is to get multiple quotes. This company will take advantage of you if given the opportunity.

I actually inquired with 3 other roofing companies, the first one did not respond, another one gave me a hand written quote and the third gave me an overinflated price.

No job is too small for these guys.

3) All the forms to be submitted and returned are digitally delivered via PC or mobile phone.
4) The owner himself does field visits to inspect workmanship.

Been using Factor Design for 6 years. We just redid our personal roof. They did it all! From working with the insurance company, to helping us pick out some nice looking new tiles. The job was quick and on time! Everything looks so clean and high spec...No deviation on price from start to finish. A job well done and the guys were working in 109 degree heat!!
