We needed a skylight installed over our open porch entry. Due to my busy schedule FAB was able to come out and email me the quote. I signed the contract and emailed it back. They then came back and installed while I was at work again. Payment was sent and I never saw them from start to finish. Their work was excellent and all clean up was done. Will be using them again in the future.

Everything went very smooth with my repair. They were able to get me an appointment within a couple of days (even during el nino season). They showed up on time, repaired the damage quickly, and they stuck to the quote they gave me over the phone...plus it was much cheaper than other places I called around to. Franco replaced the motorized mechanism on my skylight. His bid was competitive. Franco and his assistant showed up on time and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. They cleaned up the work area completely when they were done. They were cheerful, easy to deal with and had a good attitude. Just after they left, we discovered they had accidentally reconnected a light switch wrong such that the light didn't work. I called Franco and he came back later that day to take care of it. That's what I call excellent customer service. Next time we need to do a project, we will definitely call FAB Construction again.
