Sorry to say we ended up with 9 leaks the first big rain. They came out and gave it a quick fix. Later more leaks, about 4 different visits with drips down into our living room. One of their workers admitted the wrong shinglesx were used on our flashing? EZ Roof kept blaming our house: poor siding or windows. But we lived here 4 years before their new roof with not one leak ever. We paid a lot of money for painters to come repaint and Caulk everything possible. It helped but something was not installed correctly for almost all of our dormers to leak.

I had my roof replaced with EZ Roof. Initially, everything went fine and they quoted me for a new roof. They found some issues that added several extra thousand on and I accepted their work with a 30 year warranty.

5 months after the roof being replaced I had an inspection done to sell the property. The inspection came back that the roof wasn't properly sealed and need to corrections in several areas.

I emailed them, called them and left voicemails asking them to help resolve this issue. They IGNORED me. Never received one follow-up after asking them to look into their work. I ended up having to repay again to fix their work to close on the property. Highly suggest avoiding them. Communication is solid until they take your money, work proved to be subpar after inspection.

I had five companies estimate our roof replacement. In the end, we chose EZ Roof because the company seemed to be the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced. We are NOT disappointed. The crew installed beautifully and cleaned up better than I had expected. Ask for Josh Alemond to estimate and manage your project.

Excellent quality. The roofers were very efficient with removal. I've had two roof replacements due to hail damage so I have a basis for comparison.

The first roofer I used 5 years ago was sloppy and slow - took a week - and none of them used safety harnesses which was scary to watch on my complicated 12/12 pitch roof.

EZ staff were always in harnesses and didn't beat up the gutters with their ladders. A neat job and I am very pleased it only took 3 days. It's a miserable job and the mess is huge. Choose your roofer carefully!

I had William inspect and the EZ roof crew repair the roof on my rental house. They were prompt with the initial appointment, gave a quick assessment of what is probably causing my leak, and were very reasonable on the repair costs. He also suggested a few other preemptive repairs to keep the roof from leaking again in the future. They came out and did the work a few days later and were on time and on budget. I'll definitely be reaching out to them again with any roofing problems.

We came home from a Christmas trip and through all the rain that week, found that we had a roof leak. My husband got a roofer's name from friends in the neighborhood who never called, so then dear hubby found a website called ""Home Advisor"". I don't know how the whole system works, but something like...they forwarded on our contact info. to a roofer they recommend in the area. Within 5 minutes, we got a confirmation call from the roofer setting a time for the next day - he was working in our neighborhood anyway. Then we got a call the next day from the roofer, saying he would probably be about 20 minutes late getting to us....WOW!!! Someone who knows how to use a phone!!! Then he showed up right on time anyway. He quickly found the problem, checked the whole roof out while he was up there, said the roof was in great shape for 10 years old, and had 2 guys out the next day to fix our problem...and no more leak! And the Home Advisor company called to followup on the work that was done.
