Horrible customer service do not use this company m. Robert do not like to deal with Hispanics he is just an ignorant and arrogant person. If you want a person with an attitude and unprofessionalism this is your guy.

I have debated in writing this review as I do not enjoy negative ones. I hired this company to do a complete new and re-roof on my home addition. My experience was not bad until the end. In an industry that things usually don't go 100% as planned I believe you should measure companies on how they respond when things don't go well or as plannned. This company could not have acted less professional if they tried. After a complete re-roof that on the surface appeared fine and inspected, we got a leak. No problem things happen. Unfortunately, their response was we've never had a leak before and no one would come out to deal with it. After months of begging they came out and now 8 months later I realized they did a bubble gum repair and I have the same leak again. Their response now is that it's out of warranty. I have since hired another roofer whom indicated the roof was not properly flashed hence causing the leak. Never good when another roofer has to correct your work. I cannot recommend them because of how they acted in correcting a mistake. Very unfortunate.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! DO NOT TRUST! They have no idea what they are doing and they don't work in a timely manner. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
