I called several roofers out to help me! The estimates they gave me were outrageous (I won't throw them under the bus and give names) But when Jeff came to my rescue I was so relieved. He was fantastic he explained everything told me what he could do how much it would cost! His price beats any other roofing company. He did the repairs fixed everything and I had no problems with the last bad storms we had. I know I will need a new roof in the future! He is the only roofer I will ever call! Thank you Jeff you are the greatest!

Jeff did work on my mother in law's house and we are extremely pleased. Communication was clear and everything was done in a timely manner. It's great to find somebody realiable that does good quality work. We are super happy with the service we got and would definitely recommend him to anyone.

My family and I have used Jeff many times over the last 10 years and never had a complaint. He has always given us his honest opinion and options for different scenarios. His pricing has been very competitive.
The last job we did was a major rush situation. My parents were having solar put on their house. When the solar company started removing tiles they found the paper under the tiles was bad and had to stop the job. We called Jeff and he came out right away and got the job done. He did a good job working and communicating with the solar guys as well to make sure the roofing was how they wanted it.
Jeff has always been more honest and upfront than anything. That is what we like about him. After using him for over a decade we wouldn't recommend anyone else.

NEVER USE THIS GUY!!! I had a leak in my roof which I paid Jeff, the owner, $600 to repair. He had also told me he would put up a tile that had slipped off the roof , which he did not. At first he did not even show up when he said he would, then he told me AFTER the work had been completed that it would make more financial sense to fix the entire deck of the roof at one time. When I paid him I asked for a receipt, he asked if he could email it to me and I agreed. A few days later, no receipt so I texted again asking for it. A few days later same thing. Only after I texted that I was getting pissed off and asked if there was a reason he was not getting my receipt to me did he finally bring it by and finally put up the tile that had slipped off the roof.

After a week the roof was leaking again. I called him back out, he said he would come back and fix it. He said it would be $2800, but would deduct out the $600 that I already paid and bring the total down to $2200. I thought that was fair and asked if I could pay with a credit card since I really don't have the cash, he said he would prefer not to because of the service fees the credit card charges...ok, I will come up with the cash...He said he would be there on Thursday, but did not show up. Instead I got a text on Friday saying he would show up the following Wednesday. I asked for a proposal to be sent, which he instead texted. I said no, I want a formal proposal as welll as proof of general liability. He then texted me ""that's ok, I'll pass on that. Thanks Anyway"". I reminded him this was to complete the job that he already started and didn't finish correctly, but he still won't do it.

He had taken pictures of my roof and texted it to me when he was out last time. The entire thing is falling apart, he said ""I don't know how I missed that"" - I know how... he is incompetent! The entire roof was mushy and sagging.

He even told me himself when he was out last that he has another client that he has gone to fix her roof multiple times, but it is still leaking. Shame on me, I should have listened to his own words and realized he has no clue what he is doing.

DO NOT USE HIM. HE HAS A BIG LIFTED TRUCK WRAPPED IN BRIGHT GREEN THAT SAYS ""EXTREME ROOFING"" you can always see it parked in the Canyon Lake Estates.

I paid extreme roofing $875.00 to fix a leak in my master bathroom and unknown to me, he fixed a different spot other than the one l needed. So now water is still dripping into my bathroom and he won't fix it. Extreme roofing is very unprofessional and unreliable!!!

Very disappointed -- they no-showed for an appointment to assess damage and provide repair estimate.
