I have been with them for about 20 years and they have always maintained constancy in the hard work that they deliver. I truly can't say enough great things about this business. Extreme Roofing was a great company to work with for our new roof. We got bids from a couple of other roofers, Extreme pricing was the best. They crew showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. The first big storm this year we had a couple of leaks. Josh sent the crew out right away to do the repair work. Now we need another storm to make sure it's all sealed up, which I'm sure it is.

Extreme Roofing does not have the interest in small repair jobs. I called twice to get a single clay edge tile replaced that was broken when I had a new electrical service pole installed. Their office person assured me (twice!) that the estimator would call. No call back. I guess they don't have time for small jobs. I just wish their office person would have been honest with me. Needless to say, I'm still looking...

Just had my roof done and was very happy with how professional Extreme Roofing was. Price was great and Josh always got back to me with any questions I had. I called several companies for quotes and just was not impressed with prices or customer service. Glad I went with Extreme Roofing and would highly recommend this company.

Extreme Roofing put the roof on our master bedroom patio last summer and did a fantastic job! They did the job quick and left no mess when they finished (which with our vast experiences with other contractors is a super plus). Also where our house is located in alpine gets ALOT of wind and even with all the wind storms we have had, everything is holding up so great!

Extreme Roofing is professional, courteous and easy to work with. They demoed our old roof and replaced it with clay tile. It turned out better than even expected. The demo crew, the facia crew, the tile layers (who made sure it was absolutely perfect) and the owner, were all very easy to talk to. They made sure any mess they made was cleaned up as if they were never there. They were very professional and worked very hard to make our new roof turn out perfect, and it did!

Was in the market to get some quotes on getting my 3600 sqft flat roof replaced. They responded very quickly and came out for a quote. They quoted me a complete tear off with a torch down roof, but the price was on the high side I considered since the TPO roof was going to be 5k cheaper for a tear off as well.

There's no doubt this company has the ability to do great work as I've seen their completed jobs. That's why I called them in the first place for a quote. The owner ""DJ"" came out almost immediately to give me a quote after my initial call to him. We agreed on a price of about $12k and he emailed me a contract. I called them many times thereafter for the next two months to hire them for the job, however they never returned any of my phone calls or responded to any of my messages left on their answering machine. I finally had to go with another roofing contractor to complete the job. I understand how contractors can get busy on other jobs and feel like they don't have time to return calls. But come on, really??? You can't return a call to at least say you're too busy right now with other work??? Really? Also, per their contract, they require 50% funding prior to starting a job (Which is illegal in California). Customers should NEVER pay more than 10% or $1000, which ever is less at the beginning of a job. Their contract also states that the home owner will get a mechanic's lien release after the final payment is made. This means they will put a lien on your property at the start of the job. This is also illegal in California, as a contractor can ONLY put a lien on a property if the owner is refusing to pay AFTER work is completed. Bottom line is they are HORRIBLE about following through after a quote is given. They charge way too much up front, and per the contract they sent me, they put a mechanic's lien on your property at the start of the job.

Extreme roofing was referred to me and I am happy they were. They did an excellent job of replacing my roof including some damage and added ventilation necessary for a whole house fan. When they were done you would never have known they were here except for the new roof.

Dave is a great guy to work with. Extreme did some work for my daughter and she was happy with the price and the work. Their bid for my job was fair and they could start when I needed them. They showed up a little early on the day of the tear off and went to it. I was impressed at how fast they had that old roofing off. The installers were right behind the tear off crew and they worked fast. The job was done ahead of schedule and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. One of the better experiences I have had with contractors.
