Exteriors of Texas does not deserve their totally inappropriate rating on Yelp. I called to ask if we had traded Austin for the Gopher State; but, a week later, nothing has changed.

Cameron, James and the entire crew were very professional in their manner. Even though several previous roofers did not do a full preparation, my combination roof was still finished in nine hours and they did not charge extra for the unexpected delay; for, what should have been, a seven hour job.

Please ignore the one star rating. This is, definitely, a five star company

One of their salespeople harassed me on the phone just now, trying to get me to agree to a free roof inspection. I live in the Minneapolis, MN area and told them I had already had my roof done and that I was not interested in it. The salesperson persisted and would not listen to me. Once I confirmed the company name, he said ""yes, that's right"", then I let him know I was on the do not call list and not interested. He got even more disrespectful and tried to act like I was the unreasonable one. While it is possible that this company is not directly the manager of this salesperson (they may have outsourced it) they do need to better vet their salespeople even if it isn't their own employee regardless. I even went to report the phone number to the FTC and get this, the phone number isn't even registered! That sales guy is using an unregistered phone number...

I really EOT sees this and takes this more seriously. I am getting like 12 calls a week still after my roof was done last Fall from an August 11th storm. Again, I am on the Do Not Call list and try to tell every sales person I am not interested right away. They need to train their people better and better vet their people or how they get appointments.

They replaced our roof just before Christmas. We were very impressed with the work and professionalism of all team members. Cameron is very easy to work with. He took care of all the permitting paperwork with city and HOA. I recommend Exteriors of Texas for your roof work.

I requested a service from Exteriors of Texas. Cameron answered in record time. He immediately came out to inspect our roof. He was professional and friendly. He took photos of our roof, did caulking and found nothing wrong with our roof. I went to my neighbors and told them Cameron had some time and let them know how fabulous he was. 4 of them asked if he could inspect theirs as well and every single person had nothing but rave reviews about Cameron. This will be the only company I contact in the future.

I needed some repairs done on my main roof and I needed the porch roof replaced. Brandon came out and inspected everything and gave me a wonderful price to do everything and he was the fourth person to come out. His crew was very professional and they finished very quickly, they left no mess to clean up was great. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody who is looking for any type of roof repair and or replacement.

We are very pleased with the work done by Exteriors of Texas. Adam Ray was our direct contact, he was professional yet still very personable. He was here during our roof being replaced and stoped by to make sure we were pleased with the work. We did have a few nails here or there BUT I feel that this is inevitable. The amt was so small it didn't concern me with letting my dogs out back. Work was done over a month ago and no issues at all! Just like to add that we didn't realize we had any hail damage and Adam was so professional he was the first one I allowed to look! He also dealt with the insurance company once we made the initial claim! Loved that!

In April, my home experienced severe hail damage. As a single female homeowner- It was a very stressful and devastating time. Joshua and Chris inspected my roof the day after I contacted them. They photographed damage and showed me immediately so I would know how severe it was. They walked me through the process of dealing with my homeowner's insurance with kindness, patience, and the utmost professionalism. Every time I had a question- or concern- they were quick to respond, making sure they addressed all my concerns.

The quality of roof they replaced my original roof with was 3x as good as my original. They even installed a drip edge ( I think that is what it is called). This was not installed on my original home- but they informed me it is now part of the code. They were not required to do this, but wanted to make the repairs as complete and reliable as possible.

Once the roofing process began, they never wavered from their schedule. The products were delivered exactly when they said they would, and the work commenced soon after. The crew was on time, professional, and very quick. Chris was here to oversee the process the entire time, once again patiently answering my questions. After the new roof was on, the clean up process was very thorough! I found nothing left behind. The entire process from product delivery to clean-up took only 2 days!

But- the really significant thing I want to impress on anybody looking for a roofing company is that even after the roof was complete- they checked in on me- reassured me they were only a phone call away for any future questions or concerns.

This is a true Texas business, with a true Texas spirit to provide the best they can, and they did! I cannot recommend Josh and Chris enough........ If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thank you Exteriors of Texas for making a terrible situation alot easier to handle!!
