If you choose to deal with Ebben, you better have your lawyer review the contract. What He says will make you think one thing, but the contract will say something different. The worst communicator I have run across in my 62 years. Ebben would tell us they were going to do this and that but when his crew arrived, they had no idea what we had been told. Issues we had were my fault for being trusting. Buyer beware! Be Very Aware!

My wife and I are retired educators who live in Chapin SC. Not long ago we had Mr. Abney from Exterior Genie replace our roof. After about a year I noticed a couple of nail pops causing the roof tiles to lift. When I had the roof replaced, Mr. Abney assured me he would stand by his work. I have contacted Mr. Abney numerous times to repair the nail pops. It has been two years, and as of yet, they have not been fixed. I am confident that this is an easy repair. It is obvious that I will have to pay another company to repair my new roof from Exterior Genie. What has happened to customer service?

I asked for a Estimate through Angie's list and I got one. I was told that they would reach out to my insurance company to see if any of it would be covered after it being denied. They said they would take pictures and challenge the denial claim. When I called the insurance they said nothing had been sent in - then I called them and asked for the email to be sent to me so I could directly detail with the insurance and I have heard nothing. They lacked responses to calls and to text messages and all I wanted to do was fix my roof. With or without Insurance
