I recently had in 2024 Expert Roofing replace my ceramic tile roof with a metal roof. The guys that came to the job laid out tarps and plywood to minimize any damage and debris coming off the roof. The roof turned out perfect, and the whole process took less than a week once they started. Worst construction experience in my life as a homeowner. Beware of this contractor. Met him for roof inspection and once at my work place for first insurance disbursement. Never saw him again. Only communication from him would be when insurance checks continued to come in. Replaced my roof which in turn sprung a bigger leak on the other side of the house in one month. Sprayed Zep Anti-Microbacterial and painted the interior where water damage was with Killz Paint. $2,500.00 deductible was paid out of first insurance disbursement. Sent me to collections to pay an additional $2,500.00. By the way, this job was over $63,000.00 and afterwards my insurance company dropped me. They are only Experts at milking the insurance companies and the consumer.

I called last week and spoke to Ronny Hanna who made an appointment with me for last week on Tuesday, I did not go to work however they didn't show up. After speaking with Mr. Hanna that afternoon on t Tuesday, we rescheduled for today January 4. When I texted him this morning then followed up with a call to confirm, he was laughing and then hung up on me saying give the business to someone else.
