We started out playing phone tag during the weeks of rain which kept them busy. When we dried out some, Expert roofing was quick to nail down times, even helped with the tear off crew.They were nothing but respectful, courteous and hard-working. They were friendly and even kept the dog in the yard! If we need another roof, we will call Expert Roofing.

Not worth the time. I ended up going with Tho Roof Masters, the customer service was way better and they didn't make you feel like you couldn't afford their services just because you asked a few questions that obviously were calling them out on their flaws. Expert roofing is small and unprofessional.

Expert roofing installed shingles on my roof. the other week. The crew was courteous and mindful of the work area. I have no complaints except for one: they did not take into consideration the appropriate size roofing nail for my sheathing and one layer of shingles. On the back side of the house all nails were showing through the soffits. I was told by a painter they should have used staples. I had to have my painter cut them all before he could paint. Paul, from Expert roofing, did offer to remove those from the soffit. However, doing it a week later due to being out of town was not soon enough. In my garage and attic I can see all the nails coming in too far, they measure 3/4"" in length and is unsightly. With my 20 year old roof, there were no nails protruding through the roof at all. And, you could safely walk in the attic without scraping your head against a protruding nail. I asked Paul about this and he said the nails need to go through sheathing. I think 3/4"" length protrusion seems excessive considering the underside of my roof looks like a bed of nails!

Other than that, the roof looks good. The crew worked quickly and cleaned up the area nicely. Paul came back and rechecked the whirlybirds and gave me leftover shingles so I can shingle my shed's roof. Paul was very accommodating. I just wished more thought was put into having the right size roofing nail.
