Andy picked up immediately and came out to my homebound mom immediately. I live in a different city than her and needed someone I could trust. He had done good work for my parents 10 years prior and remembered them, the job, and even details of their conversation. And he still had their paperwork! He called to let me know he was on his way. Immediately called me upon inspection and wrote everything down in detail so my mom and I could decide in our best interests. He was very trustworthy and honest and treated my mom like he would want his own mother to be treated. I trust him and any of his recommendations or referrals.

This is based on interactions with Andy and while we wasn't able to do the work I needed because he was backed up and working out of town, it is a reflection of his returning my call and even recommending a contractor that might be able to help me out.

You have several stages of an insurance claim: 1. The incident that caused it. 2. finding a water damage control company/contractor. If water damage, you may need two or more companies. 3. dealing with the insurance adjuster. 4. the actual job. 5. Any possible issues that need to be addressed after the job is completed from the insurance company to the quality of the work.

While his company was backed up and working out of town for several weeks. He did return my call and I appreciate that. That alone would say his company is good. However, he also took time out of his work day to recommend a couple of contractors not listed on yelp, contractors he's worked with that would be in the type of work I need done.

That's a great help right there. I can see contractors on yelp with bad reviews, a couple that have great reviews and some with no reviews.

With reviews you have to take with a grain of salt. Everyone has a story to tell good or bad. If it's a great review and it's really short, I have to wonder if it's padding. If a review just says they're good, great and the best thing since sliced bread that tells me nothing. Why was it so good? If it's bad, why was it bad and often people are more than willing to go into detail why it's bad.

He has not done any work for me but I give him a good rating for returning my call during his workday and not just explaining he was booked up for four or more weeks but recommending a couple of contractors that he feels will do the job right.

Expert Renovation Services installed a new roof for us at short notice. The entire process from inspection and quote to completion was done very professionally. They cleaned up after themselves well. And, the roof looks great! It has rained almost constantly ever since installation, and we've had no problem. We must say Andy was a pleasure to work with, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again on a project.
