I contracted with Expert Home builders Inc. about 3 years ago. This was to remodel 2 bathrooms. They would supply the labor and I would provide all Materials. The written contract does not include a Warranty clause anywhere. They gave me a verbal 10 year warranty; however, when it comes time to correct or fix a Plumbing or Electrical problem, they want to charge me $300 each time. They do not have a Warranty as far as I am concerned. They also use illegal emigrants on a flat rate basis. When I have a warranty problem, I need to contact them at least 3 times for them to respond. I do not recommend this Home remodel contractor. There are many contractors out there.
