I had roof damage, gutter damage, broken windows. My mistake was paying up front, I wanted damage repair, but I did not want to wait on insurance. The owner kevin does talk a good game.
He quoted me one price, but charged 200 more, kiss that money good bye
While the work was mostly done, it took several months and several missed appointments, several calls, a credit card dispute to get the work done. The roof doesn't leak, but the crew that replace it was not friendly and did a poor job cleaning. Executive roofing promise to follow up on the open items, but they never did. If I was lucky to get them on the phone, it was some excuse about how they been working 16 hour days followed by promise to follow up in 2 days. They never followed up.
Now 4 months later, they will not answer my calls. All I want is a final invoice that I can turn over to the insurance company for my depreciation check.
