Chris helped me with the flat roof on my den about 20 years ago. Then our kids ended up going to school together and I got to know him socially. He's an honest, trustworthy, and hardworking guy from every angle, and so when I needed to possibly replace my entire roof, I knew who to call. (""Please Chris, tell me I don't need a new roof."") His son works with him now, and they have an efficient crew. The new roof looks great. It makes the whole house sparkle, and I have peace of mind for decades to come.

Chris and his team at Exclusively Roofing recently did a reroof on our home with Presidential shingles. Great experience from start to finish. Quote was quick and competitive, Chris brought by samples and built a sample board to help us decide on color. Tear-off and reroof stayed on schedule and Chris was involved throughout the process. Great experience working with Chris and the Exclusively Roofing crew. Good communication and responsiveness to phone calls, and once the weather gave an opening the work was done efficiently. The crew was also super friendly in helping to move some of the heavy roofing materials that happened to be blocking some space that we ended up needing as we moved in (while work was still being finished). Quick and easy clean up as well. Nothing fancy but seems like they did a great job - we've had several big rain storms since the roof was installed and so far so good! Also helps that the price quote was the best of the three we had!

3. Do they provide a roof warranty? They do and the manufacture does - all depends on the life of the roof YOU buy
4. Do they have references? Yes; I saw one of the house they did while they were working on it
5. Do they provide Written estimates? Yes; why would you do business with anyone who doesn't??? And they have a unique way of providing an estimate that is fair and almost unarguable.


The team comes in and cleanly remove existing roofs. Starting with a clean roof is ideal. Does any repairs and inspections. Lays down the roof. Cleans up every night. and if you get extras like gutters; gets them looking good as well.

Does the final clean up and doesn't leave until you are happy.

It wasn't an interview, but Cris Brown has years of knowledge and product information that I've seen other roofer not have. He didn't know my brother is a roofing architect and sold roofing supplies. He was knowledgeable about products he didn't use and why; and why he uses the product line they offer. It is the best for the CUSTOMER.
