Wonderful experience using this company. Our representative Marquez was above and beyond what I too often see from typical contractors and services. The man knew his job well and was able to give sensible, precise and factual information to both my family's and insurance adjuster. His communications were beyond punctual in his desires to keep us informed about the details of project and we never once had any inquiries or concerns not addressed immediately. He worked side by side with the adjuster whom gave him a positive thumbs up as well. We are thrilled at not only the finished roof but the whole experience from day one onward. The complex job was completed in one day. Cleanup by their crew exceeded my expectations again.
