Chris with Excell Roofing did an excellent job repairing our roof. He was on top of my house taking pictures of potential problems the day he came to look it over. He came to do the job the following week and did a very thorough job, taking pictures of everything, before and after his work. He even recommended we have our gutters cleaned, which he worked into the job, to keep us from having more problems. I trust him and highly recommend him.

I did my share of homework when it came to replacing my roof. I started by posting a message to Next Door asking for recommendations, and gathered lots of great endorsements (as well as which companies to steer clear of). I then reached out to a number of roofers to get estimates, and I was able to quickly narrow down my list of possibilities, weeding out the ones who either didn't reply OR promised to get me estimates and then disappeared. Chris Horga with Excell Roofing provided the best customer service when it came to responding and answering my questions. In this day and age, good customer service seems to be few and far between, and honestly, with all the choices we now have as consumers, there is no reason why I wouldn't demand quality workmanship at a fair price coupled with superior customer service. Excell Roofing hit the bullseye on all my expectations.

I am extremely satisfied with the services that Excell Roofing had done on my house! I don't know a thing about roofs, but Chris made it so easy. He took his time in explaining every step of the process from A to Z. He went above and beyond any other company that I've worked with. He even came to my house when the insurance adjuster came to assess roof damage. He pointed items out that the claims adjuster didn't put much notice into and I got approved for a new roof! I could tell Chris took care of his customers as if we were family. Chris communicated very well and checked on me periodically to see if I had any questions or concerns. Chris was very transparent and identified any unexpected issues so that I would not be surprised. Everything went smoothly and my new roof looks AMAZING.
