I WILL NEVER USE EXCEL ROOFING AGAIN.

I needed my roof replaced due to hail damage.
I never had a roof leak in my roof from Our builder. My home is less than 2 yrs.
I used Excel. NEVER AGAIN.
A few days after my roof was redone by Excel, I had a roof leak when it rained.
My roof NEVER leaked with the original roof.

Then to top it off, Excel wanted to blame Builder's Nail that caused the leak!!! Amazing in the lame stupid excuse. FYI: I am not ignorant. Even my builder had to laugh at that excuse.

Excel came the next day and a couple of days after to frankenstein and repair my roof.
But! I am not stupid to believe a nail that you claim to be the reason for a large leak.

Then Ryan the owner, gave us MAJOR ATTITUDE!!!! When it was clearly their FAULT FOR MY LEAK!!!

MAJOR ATTITUDE. IF I were you, I would NOT use them to replace your roof.

The leak was CLEARLY their fault. And he has the NERVE TO GIVE US ATTITUDE FOR HIS CRAPPY JOB!

They performed the work agreed to, in the time frame promised, for the price quoted, and, really, what more can one ask?
Ryan worked with my insurance company to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible, and that all damage was found during the adjuster's inspection.
The roofing crew showed up on time, did not piss of any neighbors, and did not smoke on the property (I asked only that they not leave any cigarette butts behind if they did).
The worked passed city inspection at two points during the installation.
Ryan even was surprisingly understanding when my bank got difficult about my check. (Do not pay for a roofing in one check; pay in installments, as agreed).

I had hail damage on my roof from the recent storm, I decided to get a professional opinion and called up excel roofing and contracting. I got in contact with Ryan who is the owner of excel roofing and contracting he was very helpful in teaching me about what my options were and helping me through the insurance claims process. I ended up with a new roof and fence was very happy, all work was done fast and good QUALITY, Ryan was there more than just one time to check up and make sure all my questions where answered. In the end they walk around and make sure they picked everything up including with a magnet to get all those nails out of the grass so your family is safe. Ryan also come out in the end and makes sure you are happy and everything is how you want it. Not to mention he backed it by a warranty. Ryan is definitely a man of his words and would use him again.

Excel roofing and contracting is a relatively new small business that provides truly amazing service. The owner Ryan, is personally involved in every aspect of the business, from developing quotes, working with your insurance company, ordering supplies, checking on his crew throughout the day, and personally ensuring a 100% clean job site when they are done. From the first moment I met Ryan I was very confident that he was the contractor I wanted and he was all I hoped for and more. On the day of the job, the roofing supplies and his team all showed up on time and went right to work. They completed my ""34 squares"" roof in less than a day and left me with a yard that was perfectly cleaned and safe for my dogs to play in. We have had two significant rain events since the work was done without any incidents.

I have reached an age where I understand that there are times when quality is more important than price. With Excel, I received fantastic quality and a great price! If you check my review history you'll see I don't make many...when I do they are very well earned!
