If you're a homeowner with an HVAC issue, save your time and energy and shop elsewhere. There's no customer service here. I called to ask for assistance with replacement of a dryer exhaust vent. The receptionist said she wasn't sure they could help, but she'd ask her supervisor. She came back a few minutes later and said they could help and their estimator would be contacting me. Well, three days later there's been no call back from the estimator. I called this morning and asked to speak to him. I was told he was speaking with someone else. The receptionist said she would interrupt him and ask if he could speak briefly with me. She came back on the line and said he was speaking with a builder. But, he would call me back immediately when he was finished if I would leave a message on his voicemail. Six hours later, there's still been no call back. It's clear where these guys' priorities are: builders, not homeowners. I can't speak to their workmanship; just their deplorable lack of customer service skills. A simple and prompt call back to clarify whether or not they can do the work and in what time frame and budget would suffice to forge good business relationships.
