Stay away from this SCAM of a company Executed a contract 01/17/2023 signed by both parties PAID IN FULL was stupid of me. They don't show up when they do it's out of the time listed on signed contract and still 2.5 years later home is toar up Holes everywhere one bathroom DOWN not usable other bathroom done Horrible and 80% of the contract still not completed all you get from the owner is a bunch of lies and lies

If I could, I would give them zero stars. Long story short: NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY, THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.
Tore off my roof two hours before a major thunderstorm, despite telling us that ""we have weather models, not like the ones you use to make sure we start when the weather is right."" Rushed through the next step to stop the water that was pouring into my house from this mistake.
Subcontracted my job out to another roofer, lied to us about him being a subcontractor, despite him telling us he was a subcontractor. When the sub ran out of money from all the errors he made he disappeared not only from us, but them.
Had people show up to my house with no communication, when asked if their guys were at my house, were told no, despite me seeing them with my own eyes.

Failed the city inspection because their ""sub contractor"" concealed our roof because he believed Broward and Dade had the same rules. Didn't show up to a meeting with the chief inspector to get the project moving forward. Called in the moment the meeting was to start saying they would redo the entire job."" Then when it came down to it they changed their story yet again to ""we'll see what the roof needs, rather than doing it over from scratch.

Zero communication for days on end, would not respond to calls, texts, voicemails or emails. Had to literally beg them to respond and even then it wasn't anything helpful , but more stalling.
Low ball price because the job is a subpar roof that won't last long at all. So much so that when we fired them and lost thousands of dollars the city made us get an entirely new permit as the roof we were now getting was much more structurally sound.
Our 'brand new roof' started leaking over my laundry room 2 months in.
I could go on and on, and they'll say I am a disgruntled customer, but here's the real kicker they only communicate via WhatApp and I have 50 pages of texts showing their massive negligence, ignoring me and lying about the sub, the city and dismissing everything with a ""we'll handle it."" They'll try to blame everything on my other contractor, but Exact Construction employees never set foot on my property other than during the sales pitch. I hope the DBPR launches a formal investigation to these people. I've never met a less responsible, less willing to take any accountability group of people. You've been warned.

Do NOT waste your time with this company! Highly unprofessional, unorganized, high turnover of employees, chauvinistic, unable to communicate effectively, no ability to meet timelines or goals. We have been trying to work with them after signing a contract in January... it's June. Nothing to show for our deposit and now they are blocking communication. BBB intervention pending.

The owner has asked I remove this bad review since exact has reimbursed me my money after I got the better business bureau involved. I feel the facts speak for themselves and dealing with this company was very difficult at best.

Meeting to review and obtain quote on kitchen renovation. Exact Construction no showed despite previous confirmations that they sent. They were supposed to be here between 9 and 10 today and they did not call or contact me. This is inexcusable and I would not trust them with any of my renovation projects. I should send them a bill for wasting my time!

I do not recommend Exact. The salesman Moshe was dishonest from the beginning when he presented my choices for financing. We agreed to 5 years with $186 per month. When he sent me the financing agreement it was for 15 years and the interest was more than the cost of the roof repair. Moises then told me not to finance so that they could do work without a permit! So dishonest! He then corrected the financing agreement when I refused to do the work without a permit.

After you sign the agreement they do not answer phone, text or emails. The estimate for 440 SF of my 2300 sf home was $7300. After a one day job where they never told me of an issue with rotten wood they sent me a bill for an additional $4000 a month later. I believe they may have removed more wood just to increase the cost but I can't prove that since i was never given the opportunity to see the rotten wood. I was home they just needed to knock on the door. At the very least it is bad business. I would never recommend a company like this to anyone. Communication solves a lot of issues and misunderstandings.
