They did a great job on our roof and our balconies that had leaks in them ,and had someone to fix our wrought iron. They were very fast and on time. Keep you informed. We are extremely happy with the work that they did for us very clean and very nice. Completed the work in the time he said, and I also added more to the job which he completed one day the next week which was really remarkable. The job was so perfect. I know the recent heavy rains have left roofers super busy and up to their necks with leak repair calls. That's still not an excuse to not respond to calls/texts regarding a project status update. We contacted Martin more than a month and a half ago and never were able to get the project started due to lack of time on his part and no communication. If you like updates and communication from your contractors, I suggest you look elsewhere.

I called several different contractors, but Martin at Everlasting Roofing Corp. picked up right away, came out to see my issues the same day, and scheduled my repairs the same week. The price was fair and the materials that he and his crew used were better than original. There was no lost time with their work and the cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't be happier with their work, or my price, or my peace of mind.

Martin came in between some of the biggest storms in Dec 2022 to seal our roof. We knew there were leaks causing some damp spots in our walls and ceiling. He came and did the work in between some major storms. While he showed up late, he finished the job in a day.

We found some issue after a week and called Martin up, he sent another guy to come take a look. The new guy pointed out issues, peeling of sealant and holes that were not sealed. His own guy pointed out the shoddy work.

He would come out and reseal the affected areas. He promised to come back to fix it but never showed after we scheduled him a few times. We had to wait hours to get a text saying he won't come.

He also recommended someone to fix rusty railings - it's already rusting after a couple of weeks because of poor paint job. They also sealed the bottom of the railings, it's still mushy after a month.

Oh and he will demand* payment after the job is complete before the paint is dry. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this disaster.

And yes - roof is still leaking, it's now caused even more damage that we also need to fix.

Good news is, our ceilings and walls are cut open and we could easily find where the leaks are coming from!

Highly recommended it if you want to see the inside of your dry wall, spend extra money and get mold inspection/clearance reports since an infant lives in the house.

It's the lack of post work that's going to be an issue, initial work is probably fine for the most part. He has no incentive nor reason to warranty his work. He doesn't seem to care about his company's reputation. He will continue to get jobs because he underbids compared to other roofers.

Martin was extremely responsive, his price was competitive and the job he did was excellent.

In order to begin a solar power install Tesla required my concrete tile roof be cleaned. Martin was able to quote based on pictures of my roof, was able to commit to a date for the job, arrived on time, and did a great job.
