We had a roof leakage and having no idea where to start; my brother made several appointments with different roofers to come by to give us free estimates. We chose Martin because he was the only one that we felt comfortable working with, and he was his own boss. He came by the house and did the traditional way, went up the roof with a ladder, found the problem, and gave us a fair price. The other companies sent their project managers to look at the problem and gave us an estimate but someone else was going to do the job which was okay but I prefer the owner doing it as they would care more handling the job. Additionally, I had two companies that tried to sell me more than what I needed and suggested for me to do the whole roof but I only wanted to patch up the leakage area. Martin gave me one price and he stuck to that. There were no extras that were add-on as a surprise and he did mention to me the extra cost for the plywood if needed to be replaced so I was aware of that upfront. Martin and his crew were professional and friendly which was important as we would occasionally check in with them to see how things were going. We are happy with everything that they have done and would recommend anyone with a roof problem to contact them!

Martin provided us a detailed quote for the repair work to our roof. He showed up right on time to start the job and did excellent work. He and his crew removed a large section of our tile roof, replacing the damaged underlay with new/ better material. He and his crew paint all the new eave wood and it looks great. We had them remove two skylights. The work was completed quickly and at a reasonable price. They were able to get matching tiles, so you can't even tell where the skylights used to be.

Martin put a new roof for my mobile home this August. My Mom told him a couple weeks ago that he left a gap about a two inch gap on the roof. He did come early last Saturday morning to try to seal the gap but was unable to. It rained Saturday morning about hour of rain and the top of my door frame started leaking that's inside the hallway. The top of the two windows started leaking as well.

I called him and he said he was unable to seal the gap. That he would come back and help us put a tarp up and never did.

We have called him many times he has forwarded our calls. He is not answering the phone or texts.

I would Not Recommend him to anyone!
