It was a huge job and Asi and his team were easy to deal with, communication was great and they were flexible and understanding.

Very happy to recommend them for all jobs, big and small and will no doubt contact them for any other home improvements we decide to do.

We've dealt with a few contractors and Ari is the best! We called around few companies to do our kitchen renovation & install recessed lightning. Some wont take the job because it was too small while some are asking wayyy more than our budget. But not Ari, he explained what we can do within our budget and no job is too small for them. He's very respectful, ON TIME & RELIABLE. Ari went above and beyond, he even helped us with insurance claim when we found out we had leak & mold in the house.
His workers are the same, they're very respectful and very clean. Since we still live in the house during the renovation, they made sure to clean up after themselves EVERYDAY and come when they said they would. Instead of just saying that they would come then either late or not show up like other contractor & workers that we've dealt with.
This is the only company that will get our business

Update to review below: Within 16 hours of posting this review I received a telephone call from CEO Ari Malka who was out of the country on vacation with his family. We spoke for 21 minutes and he was apologetic for their inability to provide me with a bid. To be clear Everlast Home Builders never did any work for me, this review is only related to my attempt to obtain a bid from them. Based on our telephone conversation I will contact them in the future to bid on upcoming projects and I appreciated hearing from the CEO. I have changed the rating of this review from 1 star to 2 stars. (See review!below.)

After having researched and read the reviews regarding Everlast Home Builders I was very interested to receive a bid from them to re-roof our home. I began emailing with Mr. Ari Malka, the CEO on 09/18/2019. On 09/20/2019 ""Asi"" and ""Luis"" came to my home, looked around, got on the roof and indicated they would provide a bid within a few days. That same day I again communicated with CEO Ari Malka via email who wrote they (""Asi"" and ""Luis"") ""...would start working on your proposal immediately,"" and told me ""You should have it by Monday afternoon"" (09/23/2019). On 10/07/2019 I emailed CEO Ari Malka and explained I had not yet received their bid, he responded on 10/08/2019 that he (and ""Asi"") were both out of the office and said ""I will send you a detailed estimate on Thursday when I'm back at the office."" Thursday was 10/10/2019. Business is over for today, 10/21/2019...and I have not received any bid from Everlast Home Builders. My time spent both communicating with them and setting aside time to meet with them at my home was time not well spent.

Our air conditioning unit broke in the middle of s heat wave and Ari and his crew were able to come out and fix it within 1 day. Excellent customer service and very professional job done. His team is now our go-to for these problems. Highly recommend for all HVAC needs.

Our roof started to leak 2 weeks ago. We called Everlast to come and give us a quote to get it fixed.
Over the phone Erik was very nice and was able to send someone out the same day.
Ron showed up got up on the roof and diagnosed our leaky roof.
He gave us a fair price with 10% discount since he is working on 3 other projects in our neighborhood.
The day after we signed the contract Ron showed up at our house at 7am with his crew of 6 guys I was so impressed.
They got straight to work and our brand new roof was all done 2 days later.
I would never imagine we could have all new roof in two days for this price. I'm so thankful and very impressed. Everlast made this stressful time very pleasant and relaxing.
