Ronen was terrific in providing us with options and communicated very well. He came out twice to meet with us and while we were not able to work out a budget that worked for both of us, I greatly appreciate his time and communication.

I hired Everlast Construction for a full kitchen remodel. The initial visit was very informative and the price was great! We just had to buy because the Project Manager's name was Sarah also. :)
The work began the next week. All the crews in my house were professional and courteous. They took care of all the building permits and inspections. The cabinets are very high quality.
The work was done in less time than they thought it would take and right on budget.
I cannot say enough great things about Everlast. The owner, Ari communicated with us throughout the project. Even after hours. They are honest and reliable, very rare in the construction business. I highly recommend Everlast.

We recently hired Everlast Construction to remodel our kitchen. From the initial sales consultation to project management, to installation, to final finish, our experience was extremely positive! All workers were courteous, friendly, and cleaned up after themselves daily, and respectfully answered all of our questions. This is one of the best companies with which we have ever worked and we highly recommend them! Definitely going to be recommending them to all my friends and fam!

Everlast did a wonderful job remodeling our galley kitchen and opening it up to our dining room and living room. The house is now so open and airy, it is a joy to have company over as I am not hidden away in the kitchen. They did such a good job of keeping the work area sealed off from the rest of the house during construction. All the different guys that came to our house were really professional and did a great job. There were a couple of glitches, but they were promptly fixed. Ariel & Johnathan, he was just awesome to work with. The description of work they went over with us before work started was such a great thing, too. Everything was completed in the time frame we were quoted. I would sure use them again, and recommend them to anyone.

As a home owner and an extremely busy person, it is nice to know that when I need work to be done on time and properly, there are still honest, hardworking people out there.
With the last rains came a small but steady leak into my upstairs office. That is when we called Everlast
When Jonathan & Ari arrived, they immediately prepared to get up on the roof to determine the extent of damage. Once he got back down, he made me aware that one of my pool solar panels had cracked a roof tile that then ripped the paper beneath it. He was very confident and not to mention, was prepared with the proper materials to fix the problem right away.
End of the story is that I am happy to take the time to write a review for a roofing company that was very professional and we feel extremely fair due to the situation. We will recommend to all of our friends and families

I usedTom and the team at Everlast for a pretty thorough remodel. I see some of the reviews and that just wasn't my experience. I'm going to be clear there were some mistakes along the way and disagreements; but the mistakes were fixed right away and the disagreements solved. Tom made sure of that. Things can happen when you are doing remodeling for 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, new electrical, plumbing, new Windows and new flooring in the house.

First to be clear, I'm not a fake reviewer. I don't have time to do that and it's a waste of time because it's pretty easy to see through.

Regarding what they did for me when things did come up ,other than finishing on time and on budget, when we disagreed about tile work in one of the bathrooms, they ripped it out and replaced it at no cost, when the sink didn't fit in the kitchen they bought it for me, they replaced the full studs and framing where I had dry rot and didn't charge me. I had a budget and they kept to it. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up and didn't give me too much trouble. When I had my disagreement with the project manager Ari nipped it in the bud right away and the job continued and was finished. All my work had permits, I was there for the inspectors and saw what they said and anything that was asked to be done Everlast completed before the inspection was signed off to be passed. So I'm sorry to the others, I didn't have a bad experience and continue to get compliments on my remodel. Maybe there are more to the stories than we as customers know...

My experience overall was good.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. These guys are both inept and dishonest. I URGE THE READER to look at the positive reviews. I am pretty convinced that most are fake. They come from many folks who don't reside in the area, all have the same grammatical and spelling mistakes, are very vague and don't go into detail, and tend to sound all pretty much the same.

I knew the price they quoted was high but I was willing to pay more for a turnkey operation as I would be out of town for the first half of the project. Instead, I got a project that was poorly managed with very little attention to detail and even less attention to quality.

This company is a borderline SCAM OPERATION. They guaranteed that all work is done in-house. In reality, they subcontract everything. They subbed out our bathroom remodel to a plumbing contractor who does not have a General Contractor's license, all without my knowledge. He was awful. Major mistakes were made in framing, electrical, plumbing and tiling. Basically, everything. Everlast owner, Ariel Balleli, talks a great game. I met him when we did the initial walkthrough. I never saw him again until I ordered that the work stop and we have a meeting due to the extremely poor attention to detail and myriad mistakes. He told me he was sending out his ""Quality Control"" manager to take over and handle affairs. I NEVER SAW THE GUY ONCE. Since then, Ariel rarely responds to my emails or calls. TOTAL JOKE. His ""project manager"" is a kid in his early twenties with basically no construction experience. He has even less knowledge of California/American construction standards and practices. Basically, the only real project management would come from me. If I didn't sound the alarm over a problem, it was never addressed. Some of the issues I dealt with along the way (this is the very short list, there's too much to detail):

1. My tools, ladders, buckets, etc., regularly used without any consent.
2. Everlast never pulled permits for the bathroom window replacement or electrical in the master bedroom. Instead, they used existing knob/tube electrical for the new lighting. CODE VIOLATION.
3. Old electrical fixtures/wiring for bathroom were NEVER REMOVED. They were shoved in the attic, buried in the fiberglas, and were still wired. I found the old switch and when I flipped it the lights came on in the attic. MAJOR CODE VIOLATION AND LIFE HAZARD.
4. Old plumbing vents were cut and left in the attic. On first rain, water came in.
5. Garage used as a cutting area although I told them not to. Car, motorcycles, everything were covered in thick dust. They then lied, saying they didn't cut anything in the garage.
6. Bathroom tiles were never sealed until I demanded it.
7. Bathroom expansion joints were grouted. Major mistake. All are in the process of failing.
8. Numerous framing and carpentry mistakes, including the tub product niche off center and level, toilet off center, hardwood closet floors incorrectly finished on 3 separate occasions, etc., etc. Keep in mind that I gave them detailed floorplan and elevation drawings and had already picked out all fixtures/tiling choices. They still got most of it wrong.
9. Never cleaned up at job end. Left construction debris behind, as well as the floor paper that they put down (on my request).
10. Construction demo debris left in driveway for 6 weeks.
11. Job ran over time estimate by 6 weeks.
12. When painting, they didn't bother to remove faceplates, fixtures, etc. Instead they simply painted around them and then argued that this is the standard until I put my foot down. In which universe is that the standard?????

I am currently dealing with tile grout failure and water damage in the bathroom just 4 months after the job. I have been trying to get them to come and fix the problems for a month now but it's been a nightmare to get them to show up. They basically make appointments then don't show up or ask to change them at the last minute or simply fail to respond at all. I'm currently in the process of filing against them with the state, diamond certification folks, etc. TOTAL JOKE OF A COMPANY.

UPDATE 8/12/16: EVERLAST HAS HAD THEIR DIAMOND CERTIFICATION STRIPPED!! PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THEIR POSITIVE REVIEWS HERE AND ON ANGIE'S LIST. THEY ARE ALMOST CERTAINLY FAKE! THESE GUYS SUCK!!

Alex is the best! My clients foundation work was done by Alex with Everlast, he's knowledgable, courteous and quick to answer any and all questions we had. He went beyond my our expectations, gained our trust and did quality work to ensure a safe and happy home for our clients. Everlast was a very professional and efficient from the get go and will be first in our thoughts when looking for any more foundation work to be done. Dominic and Lauren were very quick and informative for our inquiry on a quote for work and scheduling the consultation.

We initially hired Everlast Construction to remodel a bathroom, a living area, and kitchen. They did an excellent job in a timely manner with minimal disruption to our family. So we hired them to remodel our other three bathrooms, as well as some other smaller jobs like repairing a wall where there was some water damage. Whether the job was large or small, each job was done well and they were not happy until we were. In addition, if something shows up later they return to fix it. I have called twice, once almost two years after the job, for minor fixes and both were handled within a week at no charge. Everything about these three jobs were handled professionally, from the paper work to the workmanship. They were flexible when we asked them to be and honored deadlines for which we had asked. We were very pleased how all these projects turned out and would not hesitate to call them again, if needed, for another project. Ari has put together a quality company. I have no reservations in recommending Everlast Construction

Reading a few of these reviews, I would not recognize the company that I've hired AND RE-HIRED for our construction needs. We've hired Everlast for not one, but two separate bathroom remodels.

We discovered Everlast through Diamond Certified and Angie's List. We looked at eight (8) different handyman and general contractors (GCs) companies when we were wanting to remodel the master bathroom. The ""can do"" aptitude (not just attitude) of Alex, Jonathan, and their crews as well as the fixed-price-point sold us on Everlast for the first remodel. Their actual job performance, and demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction earned them the second remodel.
