They did my tile roof. While tearing off, a portion was removed that was aesthetic but was there, nonetheless.
They now say it isn't their problem since it is not required by code.
Don't trust the salesman either. Very personable but doesn't seem to know what the truth is. His promises are mostly to apeas but mean nothing.
Run from this company. Find one more reputable!

Very professional and courteous guys working. Finished installation of my windows quickly and cleaned up their construction mess. Thank you!!

After being asked about my interest in buying new windows for my condo, an appointment was set up for them to come and give me an estimate.
They called to confirm, and....never showed up, and didn't call again.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in Miami.
First Alon comes to measure and we find out after 2 months of waiting, that the measurements were off. One double door was too big, and the other was too small. It seems Alon never checked his measurements from the inside. They reassured me all was fine as they cut one hole to make it bigger . The other door, they stacked up wood to make it fit. When they installed the windows, they removed all of them at once and started the installation. But this being South Florida in the summer, IT RAINED. Two of the big windows were still removed when the monsoon started. So, what did the contractors do, they took a lunch break leaving water coming into my house. On 1 window, that had a prior small leak, I removed the drywall to change it out. When I did, there was an inch of water that had come into my house along the wall. I have a video in which my iphone is not transferring but ask me for it and I will forward. The other window we didn't see the leak until mold started growing and the paint fell off. They did come back and fix them but how much does a family have to take after I explained that my daughter suffers from allergies. They used screws that were too big causing scratches on the door that were never fixed and now it's time for the County inspection.
They failed! They failed because they never changed out the wood trim around the window and tried to get away using the wood there from 1984. Thank God, the County inspector caught them and failed the inspection causing the nightmare to begin all over again as they try to fix. The new requirements make the wood trim 4"" as compared to 2"". So out with the windows again, remove the old wood, cut, make a mess and reinstall. Then I noticed that for the small door measurement, the inspector asked the contractor, why did you close that, I need to see the wood? The contractor replied, it's a 2x4 with a trim. So the inspector left thinking that would be ok as its allowed by code. The problem was, THAT WAS A LIE! I remember that door being installed since I was home and no 2x4 existed. So, I broke some holes in the concrete and called Alon out again to see. Guess what, I was right and of course, here comes the mess again since they must remove, cut wood and reinstall again!
Finally, after over 2 months of installation and over 2 months on waiting for the doors and windows, 2 cleanings by a profession cleaning person (which I was never reimbursed for) and its over. We pass the inspection the second time after an engineer had to approve that a 2x4 on this door could withstand the wind. Again, we would have preferred a new door that fit correctly, but this company doesn't invest in their customers.
So, at the end, here comes Guliano. We all know him; he's they smooth talking guy with a shirt size 2 sizes to small. He was hiding during the nightmare and only spoke to me when I called him and not because he was following up. So, he tells us that he feels bad that we went through all this nightmare and offers us a nice dinner at Texas di Brazil! Wow, fancy! To be clear, I did ask if they were paying for the meal in which Guliano said, of course! GUESS WHAT?? COME ON GUESS....... NO DINNER WAS PAID. It cost my wife an I an additional $163.81. Can you believe this?? We inform Guliano from the meal about what we were told and he said, I told the office to make the reservation and I answered, you dummy! You did make the reservation BUT YOU DIDN'T PAY!!!!!!!! Please see the receipt in photos. This was on a Friday, the next Monday he said check is in the mail. The following Sunday when the ""check"" that was in the mail didn't arrive, I felt it was time to share my story. Please see all photos, of work, and receipt and even text messages so you can see this is a real review and not a fake one from their families that is written all over their site. Folks, stay away. WORST COMPANY EVER! My neighbor shopped them with the other companies offering this service and the others were cheaper and probably less headaches.

I am very impressed with your work, The windows came in on time, installed within 2 Days I have a two story house , the workers had great attitude and didn't stop working for 12 hours straight!!! I would Highly recommend your company, in fact I already gave 2 people your #. The installers also took window treatments apart and put it right back after windows were installed . They moved all the furniture carefully & covered all floors and bedding!! Very Professional !!! I had a few quotes from other companies and Evergreen's quote was the Best !

Very professional.
They did a great job with my window.
They finish the project justbon time.

I have had many contractors do work for me both personally and professionally, and I must say that Evergreen Homes, from the supervisor Alon, to all of the installers were the the best I've ever worked with. They were always timely, and were very attentive to the quality of the job that they were doing. Summing it up, I'd say that they always went ""the extra mile"" to make sure that we would be happy with the job. I highly recommend them.
