I gave them a chance to bid on my roof replacement and some other needs, through the PACE program. After an hour of review measurement and conversation, I was given an estimate of $18900 for the roof. Then the supervisor came along extended the appointment time with his walking around and trying to convince me I needed new windows etc. Days after, there was no follow up, and when I asked for it, I was sent nothing in a form that I could send to my insurance. Just an email with a list including items and issues that were never brought forward, and another $5000 tacked onto the estimate. Needless to say, I won't be using this firm.
