I contacted Mike for an estimate on a new roof and he responded quick. He was luckily in my neighborhood at the time and looked at the roof while I was at work and gave me a proposal. The proposal was fair and in the ballpark of other estimates I've gotten. After choosing to go with Mike he came over again while I was home to go over any other questions I had. He's very knowledgeable and honest. My stone chimney was improperly flashed from the previous roofers and was an obstacle. So I decided to get rid of the stone that I didn't like anyway and Mike and his crew demolished it and flashed the metal pipe properly. They cleaned up pretty good but I still picked up little things here and there around my house. All and all I am very satisfied with my new roof and would highly recommend Mike and his team.

It was a real pleasure doing business with Everett Roofing. This roofing company was very professional and very courteous. I was real happy with the roof that was installed. I had a complete tear off and new roof installed. Job took 3 days and I truly don't have a complaint. Even the tear off crew didn't leave any nails or trash behind. I searched around for roofing contractors after my old contact retired, and didn't know where to turn. I narrowed down my searches to contractors who were local to me, and I found Everett Roofing. Mike's quote was very good, and we were very comfortable after meeting with him.

Mike had initially scheduled us out a month, but due to a cancellation, had an opening for us, and we said 'sure'. Our roof was completely replaced, fascia and all in 5 days. The crews were terrific, and they cleaned up the site every day, which made us happy.

I requested a couple of bids to re-roof our tile with asphalt shingles. I was getting tired of leaks due to cracked tiles and having to go up on the roof to push slipped tiles into place. I also had to tar up certain spots near my chimney due to a bad roof reconditioning job a few years ago.

I chose Everett Roofing because Mike, the owner, seemed like an honest person (by the way, he is) and he was very responsive to my questions over the phone, email, and by text. The estimate he gave me actually came in under the other bids. He also mentioned there are heavy duty shingles that have a better three dimensional look. We chose to go with those for a little more. Mike wasn't pushy about it or anything, he just let me know my options. He also let me know that there might be extra charges for any underlying damage to wood, but I knew that going in as our roof had leaks in certain spots. Estimates can only be given on what he can see of course.

I looked up Everett Roofing's business license to make sure everything was proper. Mike has had the same business name since 1987 according to the state license board. What that means to me is that he hasn't been trying to hide under different names throughout his career and he stands by his reputation.

The actual job wasn't done right away and I actually waited about a month or so before he started the job. This wasn't a surprise since that was pretty much exactly the time estimate Mike gave me. I wasn't in a rush so that was fine with me.

When it got close to the job, Mike contacted me with city permit papers by email letting me know that our roof was coming up within the next few weeks. He let me know on a Sunday that the job would most likely start that Tuesday or Wednesday and be finished up by Saturday at the latest.

Tuesday came around and the job began tearing off my existing roof. Everything was done pretty quickly and no mess was made. The actual roofing of our shingles was started on Wednesday and they finished up on Friday.

I'm very happy with the job that Mike and his crew did. Mike's a great guy to deal with and Everett Roofing has my vote of confidence 100%. If anybody I know ever asks if I know of a roofer that they should hire, Everett Roofing is who I'll be recommending.

Like many others, my roof started leaking from all the recent rain. Mike came out right away to help address the issue. He patched things up on the same visit for a very reasonable price. He even pointed out other potential issues and what to look for. We thought we found the trouble spot but unfortunately, the roof leaked again a day later. However, he has a one trip back guarantee and Mike came out again at no charge. We found another issue in the same area. Hopefully patching things up the second time works! (Fingers crossed)

It was pouring down rain when we saw a leak in our living room. We weren't sure what to do. I called about 5 roofing companies and left messages truly not expecting a call back on a rainy Saturday morning. Mike called me back within minutes! (the only one who called back). He said he could be at my house in an hour! I was amazed and so thankful! He showed up when he said he would, checked out the roof and had it patched within minutes!! I was super impressed! The recent storms have really put SoCal homes to the test! I called Mike this afternoon for a consultation on a leak, and at the same time called up a couple of other roofing contractors. It seems most people had already taken off for the long weekend, but Mike called back shortly and scheduled to stop by.
