Hello, I'm Jim Evans. I was raised in the rural areas of Iowa. My father was a dentist and my mother took care of our home. Once we settled in South Florida, my brothers and I founded our business focused on roofing and painting, offering pressure cleaning, painting, and roof maintenance. That was 42 years ago.

I’ve enjoyed a marriage that spans nearly my entire business career. My wife Val and I have two amazing children, Zack and Jenna, both of whom are now young adults.
