This company did my roof in 2015 and it leaked where Josh replaced the vents as my ceiling started to show water damage, peeling and mold! He came out for the one vent and took it out completely, for which I had paid him originally. Then I noticed the same happening in my other bedroom and I repaired the damage now 3 times and I left messages for Josh over and over and with his woman receptionist and until 8 weeks ago I was finally were able to speak to Josh and explain the situation for which he assumed it was for another area of the house. He told me he would be coming out in the next couple of days to fix it, by taking out the vent. I am still waiting as these people do not answer unless it is a new work order! No warranty and extremely unprofessional! I will never recommend these people and tell everybody I know how unprofessional and unreliable these people are!
The issue at hand is the main big area roof, but Josh Eubanks can't be bothered to come out and see it! Comes out without appointment in the past and expected to know what I was referring to. Charged me extra for waterproofing membrane and I have a big leak in my upstairs ceiling! The issue he is referring to I fixed myself by reroofing it myself! The issue I am talking about is the fact that this person does not want to come out to see it! If he did he would realize that there is absolutely no siding near it as it is a leak from the major roof! I even tried to talk to one of his employees at a QT and they told me that they would let him know and he would come out to have a look, but he never did as I had expected! My advice is to stay as far away from this day and night outfit as possible!

From here on out, Eubanks Roofing will always be my first call for any home project, and here's why:
1. Josh answered his phone. I didn't have to play phone tag with him for weeks.
2. He gave me straight answers, good advice, and more than fair pricing. He didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need.
3. All the work moved along much faster than I expected, given previous experiences with contractors, and it was all beautifully done. It was like he actually wanted me to have a great experience!
4. He never made me feel like my project was less important because it was on the smaller side. Most contractors will let you know that they'll have a hard time working you in between their $10k+ jobs, but not once did I ever experience that with Eubanks Roofing.
Trusting a stranger with your vision for your home can be intimidating. Navigating insurance claims can be overwhelming. Dealing with contractors can be a huge pain. Save yourself all of that, and go ahead and call Eubanks Roofing.

Good roofer. Quick. Don't do anything else but that. He has a carpenter buddy that says he will do a ""finished job"" and doesn't. And josh ( eubanks roofing ) stands behind the guy. Claims we are "" nit picky "" and to pay the last bit of money. Rather than stand behind his customer. I can gladly show pictures. Was told the whole job would take 7 to 8 days. Over two months later the job was "" done "". The framers hours were 9 ( at earliest ) to no show, and by 4 were gone. I got lots of work to finish the job. Josh's money is in the mail and will never be back on my property. Do not recomend.
