Eternity storm restoration

Dear yelp users, I just wanted to share with you my frustration with a terrible customer service that I received from Eternity STORM Restoration. These guys replaced my roof after the hail storm last year and they left behind a terrible water leak in my master bedroom. They came back to repaid the leak after the first couple of rainy days last year, but again they did a half-ass job! I called them many times last week to repair it and I'm being ignored because they claim it is a new damage. How can they claim that if they even showed up to check it out? And how can it be a new damage if the leak is in the exact same spot as before and we had no more hail storm since then?. If you guys don't want to sleep on the couch on rainy nights avoid them. I had done much research before hand and went with Eternity storm restoration who was great, and Rodolfo was very pleasant to work with. They called with plenty of notice when they were coming to my house, did a fine job on my roof, and left the same day. Any proof the workmen had been there was cleaned up before they departed. Great company and would recommend to friends and family.
