Greg H.Absolutely without question the poorest customer service I've experienced with a company. It took them 3 months to complete the roof replacement gutter replacement and internal leak repair. The roof was completed in one day. The follow up to complete the job took three months no communication from the company. I had to facilitate all communication on a weekly basis. Excuse after excuse. Both employees who started my job quit after because of how poor the communication and follow up was. Steer clear of this company. Horrible customer service and follow up
