These guys are great! I was getting estimates for a new roof, and Estrada suggested simply repairing the cap and a few other spots could get me an additional 5-10 years out of my current roof. The work was done quickly and professionally. When the time comes for a new roof I'm definitely calling these guys back.

My house needed repainting and the painter came out and gave me an estimate. However there was some significant wood damage on the rafters and they needed to be replaced prior to painting. The painter referred me to Estrada Roofs. Jose, the owner came out and gave me an estimate for replacing the wood prior to painting the house. We agreed on the price and Jose came back several days later to do the repair. The repair required ""opening"" up the roof and during the process Jose found extensive damage due to the underlay being improperly installed by original roofer. He could have easily done what we originally agreed on and done a ""cosmetic"" repair without me ever knowing the extent of the damage. Instead he advised me about the new discovery. He didn't try to take advantage of the situation. Instead, he changed the rotten plywood, added new underlay, and changed numerous cracked /broken roof tiles which were not in the original estimate almost at the same price as the original estimate. He didn't take advantage of the situation and we agreed on a fair price for the additional repair. Jose did an excellent job, the price was fair, and he is honest.
