I reached out nervously with the winds we had and then now rain on the way- we had some shingles fall off with the last wind and I wanted a professional to give us some advice. Jose came out and we liked him RIGHT AWAY- he does the estimates and his dad has been doing roofs for 38 years! They squeezed us in right away and repaired the part of our roof that had been damaged with the wind and age of the home. They were honest and gave us a fair price! They also sealed the vents on our roof without even asking them! While they were here I referred my neighbor to call them because she had also been looking for some roof damage repairs and didn't trust the other companies who had came to her home- they literally went to her house right after mine and just fixed the small things needed and didn't try and convince her she needed an entire new roof like all of the other companies! I will tell everyone about this team! They texted me photos of my roof before during and after the repair so I knew exactly what was done! Wow! They also showed up ON TIME!

I needed what I thought was 9-10 cracked roof tiles replaced, according to a home inspection report.

Jose was very responsive and answered all my questions in a straightforward manner, which I appreciate. When he checked out the roof for the initial investigation, he said there's 60 tiles that need to be replaced, many of which had hairline cracks (that were missed in the home inspection's drone photos). I'm keen on how things are made and constructed and he explained a bunch of things about roofs, which I was very much interested in. Him and his crew replaced the tiles and resealed roof pipe flashings in under a day.

it's hard to tell if the roof work that they did could possibly cause any new leaks in the future, and there's no warranty on the work that they did do. furthermore, i'm just trusting that everything up there went ok and they actually replaced 60 tiles, since i can't/haven't seen what it looks like afterwards but if it survives the rainy season, i'll be sure to do business with them again in the future.

Jose came out 3 hours after I called him and he looked at my roof in a couple of places that I thought might have been leaking. He determined the tiles were not cracked which gave me a piece of mind knowing that it wouldn't leak with the heavy rain we're expecting this weekend. Jose was courteous and very honest. Had a leak appear in our ceiling during the recent rain. Jose responded within a handful of hours, and brought his drone out the next day. He showed us the pictures of the damage causing the leak, and was out on Saturday to get the job done. He even fixed some flashing near our front door that we didn't realize had an issue. The repair was reasonably priced and they were incredibly efficient. The repair comes with a limited warranty as well. Highly satisfied and would recommend!

I contacted Jose because a serious leak was occurring in our kitchen. There was a pool of water dripping from the ceiling. We had a plumber come by to check the pipes, but the plumber couldn't locate a leak and suggested we contact a roofer to make sure the leak wasn't coming from the roof. Jose came out the next day and examined the roof, solar panels installation, and wall area. He was thorough and gave me some suggestions on what could be causing the issue. I was grateful and I relayed the information to my plumber. I recommend Jose for any roofing needs because he is professional, thorough, and knowledgeable.
