I met Carlos Martinez, owner of Estero Bay Roofing Company years ago while he was working for Bean's Roofing. I hired Carlos to inspect a leak that I was having in my duplex rental. He inspected the roof and suggested repairs that would repair the situation. He also suggested that the roof jacks be re-painted and re-secured to the roof while the crew was on the roof.
The roof was professionally repaired by two of his crew in less than a half-day and the costs were very fair. Carlos saved me from future repair costs, and his crew was quick, efficient, and did a great job.
