again for the following week... A gentleman took my information & again, I HAVE NOT received a call back,,,,, I do not know how this company has been rated ANY Stars......VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE(S)...

With a storm pending, I needed my roof and the chimney area particularly repaired quickly.
Phil of Estelle Roof Lic. 597270, came out in the morning. He worked all day and into the evening to complete the job. That night the storm and wind struck hard. My home was safe, sound and dry. The Estelle Roof estimate was reasonable and no extra charges were added.
Phil explained everything he had to do in the Proposal from Estelle Roof. I was able to watch Phil work from my deck. He completed the job leaving my roof solid, neat and clean.
I give Estelle Roof my strongest recommendation.

FANTASTIC!..Phil has worked on our roof a couple of times in the past..(terra cotta tiles) and always is prompt, courteous and thorough. Hopefully, my husband and I will NOT have to use him this upcoming rainy season, BUT if we do, our first phone call will be to Phil.
