I hired Esquivel's roofing to do some repair work on my roof a few months back. After a few days I noticed continued water intrusion at the repair site. I had to have them come back and redo the work that was done. They did eventually, come back and ""RE-FIXED"" their work. I did find them to be quite unresponsive, to returning calls (if they did at all). After the shotty workmanship in repairing my roof, and the unresponsiveness to customer concerns, you might want to locate a more dependable roofing company in the area.

He quickly identified the source of the leak, made some repairs and replaced a missing tile. He was fast, professional, and neat, and we would recommend this company to anyone who has roofing problems!

Good customer service. Bought a new home. They did some repairs on a roof that was pretty old. During a heavy windstorm, a couple of weeks ago, lots of roof tiles flew off. They honored their warranty, and came back and fixed all of the new areas that had tiles blown off. They did a great job. Highly recommend.

We have used Esquivel Roofing for years, they are our go to roofer. When our home needed a roof in Jan Raul gave me a price and we set a date to begin. Crew was on time and cleaned up any mess caused by the debris. I highly recommend them.

Avoid this company - we were given a quote to replace cracked tiles and reset slipped tiles for our roof as part of our pre-purchase home inspections. Now Esquivel is claiming they do not have a ladder tall enough to complete the job on our two story home. This is after multiple phone calls to their offices informing them that our home is two stories and being assured during the phone calls that this roofing company has ladders tall enough for jobs on two story homes. They cannot deliver and will waste your time. We scheduled two meetings to reassess the roof and get an updated quote and both times the employee that came out merely drove by and then claimed they did not have a ladder tall enough to go up on the roof. We cannot speak to the quality of their work but their communication and customer service is horrible. What roofing company doesn't have ladders to service a two-story home?
