This company is a joke and completely disrespectful of other peoples time. I called for an estimate and they came out and did some measuring and looked around. Never heard from them again. Tried to reach them for about three weeks. I finally got an estimate via email.

They booked me 10 weeks out. On the day they were supposed to show up, I took the morning off of work to get everybody onto the property and settled in. They never showed up. When I called, the person who answered said they would look into where the crew was and get right back to me. Never heard from them again. I called several times over the next few days, and the phone just rang and rang. I finally used my partners phone and they immediately answered. Clearly, they had blocked my phone number. I told them who I was and wondering why they never showed up, again I was told that they would look into it and get right back to me. Never heard from them again. I called and called and they blocked this number also. Finally used my daughters phone and they answered. I told him who I was and they just hung up.

Why be in business if you don't want to work? Why give estimates if you don't want to fulfill the job? Why book me on the calendar if you have no intention of showing up?

Not only did this waste my time and money (I took three hours off of work and lost my wages), but it delayed me by a few months that actually getting my roof repaired by a reputable company.

I hired Esquivel's roofing to do some repair work on my roof a few months back. After a few days I noticed continued water intrusion at the repair site. I had to have them come back and redo the work that was done. They did eventually, come back and ""RE-FIXED"" their work. I did find them to be quite unresponsive, to returning calls (if they did at all). After the shotty workmanship in repairing my roof, and the unresponsiveness to customer concerns, you might want to locate a more dependable roofing company in the area.

Great service! We have been customers of Esquivel's Roofing for 35 years. After the recent storms, we noticed that our roof had a leak. Robert arrived on time, was friendly and courteous. He quickly identified the source of the leak, made some repairs and replaced a missing tile. He was fast, professional, and neat, and we would recommend this company to anyone who has roofing problems!

Good customer service. Bought a new home. They did some repairs on a roof that was pretty old. During a heavy windstorm, a couple of weeks ago, lots of roof tiles flew off. They honored their warranty, and came back and fixed all of the new areas that had tiles blown off. They did a great job. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend!!! They showed up on time and finished on time. They replaced the fascia boards on my house and did a great job. It looks better than I expected. Customer service is great. We have used Esquivel Roofing for years, they are our go to roofer. When our home needed a roof in Jan Raul gave me a price and we set a date to begin. Crew was on time and cleaned up any mess caused by the debris. I highly recommend them.

Avoid this company - we were given a quote to replace cracked tiles and reset slipped tiles for our roof as part of our pre-purchase home inspections. Now Esquivel is claiming they do not have a ladder tall enough to complete the job on our two story home. This is after multiple phone calls to their offices informing them that our home is two stories and being assured during the phone calls that this roofing company has ladders tall enough for jobs on two story homes. They cannot deliver and will waste your time. We scheduled two meetings to reassess the roof and get an updated quote and both times the employee that came out merely drove by and then claimed they did not have a ladder tall enough to go up on the roof. We cannot speak to the quality of their work but their communication and customer service is horrible. What roofing company doesn't have ladders to service a two-story home?
