Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes

I moved into a brand new villa at Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes at the end of March. There were a number of things in the home that needed to be fixed. First, one of the windows in the great room was not latticed like the rest of the windows, and I was unable to open it. I pointed this out during the walk-thru. It took many texts and calls for them to finally replace the window 5 months later. My sliding glass doors leading out to the lanai had numerous scratches cover two of the three panels. After 6 months Taylor Morrison sent someone out to buff out the scratches. They we unable to remove all the scratches, and in the areas where they did, the door is hazy and warped. Taylor Morrison agreed to replace them. Going on 9 months later, still have not been replaced. The shower in the master bath was not draining quickly, and the water was backing up 2-3 inches. After 7 months, Taylor Morrison sent a plumber out, and in 2 minutes he told us that it wasn't a clogged drain, but that the pitch of the shower floor was the cause, and that he had seen this in other homes here. The floor needs to be torn up and fixed. Still nothing. The pavers at the end of my driveway have sunk and water and algae have accumulated there permanently. They need to be raised. Still nothing. After moving in in June, my neighbor complained about her home being very humid, too warm, and lots of bugs. At the end of September, she realized that the window above her front door did not have glass in it - it was open to the outside. Her energy bill was quite large. All of my neighbors, every one in a new home, have had numerous similar issues. And I'm still waiting. And these are just the major issues. Very disappointing.
