Extremely responsive team with great value for the work. They are however not licensed or bonded, but do request for a mechanical lien. Based on this technicality, we decided they would not be a good fit for our project.

These guys did a great job for me. I have used them for many house projects including painting, removing the popcorn ceiling, finishing my garage, building small cabinets, mounting TVs, installing lights, etc. They communicate so well and I always felt comfortable and safe having them in my home. They would work so hard and even on Saturdays and Sundays to keep their commitment to my timeline. I would throw new jobs at them along the way and with a smile, they would always help me out. I know I will continue to use them in the future for more house projects. Don't hesitate:)

Hired Espinoza's Remodeling to paint a studio and remove popcorn ceiling. They came out for a quote quickly and started the following day. They completed excellent quality work and were super fast! I couldn't be happier. AND they cleaned up before they left.

They showed up on time, always called/texted me back, gave fair prices. I'm really happy. One thing to note is that the ""quote"" is more verbal/text message so it's not going to be on letterhead. I didn't ask if they could do that so perhaps for time savings they just simply text my quote to me. Overall though very happy and they're finishing earlier than expected too. They did paint, popcorn removal, and carpet removal as well.

Ricardo and Iris are absolutely fantastic - cannot recommend them enough! Very professional, easy to work with, talented, and met all expectations (Including a tight timeline which is not typical of contractors!) and we are so happy with the work they've done at our house - all at a very fair price (less than we had been quoted by others). We originally hired them to paint our exterior, and we liked them so much, when we wanted to build a deck we asked if they could do it - and sure enough, they did an excellent job!!

we will be hiring them to do all work at our house, moving forward! What an incredible improvement they've made to our home.

In addition, due to Covid, they were very mindful of wearing their masks at all times and our family felt very comfortable with them at our house.

Lastly, they are very communicative - easy to get ahold of and very responsive, always!

We're so grateful to have such wonderful, kind, dedicated, talented professionals helping us create a special home.

Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience with Ricardo and Iris. We initially found out that they are not insured or bonded, but choose them over others given their reviews and being a small business. Initially very responsive and great work in the beginning, but they rushed through the project and were sloppy in the end. They promised to come back for final touch-ups and out of good faith, we gave them the final amount. Turns out this was our mistake. Given two false return times to come finish the job and now they are unresponsive (even answered and hung up on both my wife and me). Please beware before you choose them for your remodeling or house updates.

Update: I am being threatened with a mechanical lean after this review. They are welcomed to dispute the facts of this review, but will be met with documentation and proof.

Ricardo and Iris recently finished painting our house, inside and out, along with a CMU wall at the edge of our property. Between their character, professionalism, timeliness, fair pricing, quality of work, and attention to detail, I cannot imagine working with a better duo. They did an exceptional job and I am looking forward to hiring them again for projects in the future!

Ricardo and the lady (sorry didn't get her name) did a great job painting, they were among the lowest price I found and with the fastest response, they had their shoes covers and masks on, and communicated well. They painted and patched my walls and was willing to help change my bathroom vent. Will definitely recommend their service !
