Ricardo and his wife were lifesavers! I found out that I had to replace a bedroom door with very little notice before a new tenant was scheduled to move in. They were able to show up the same day and install a new door right away. Service was accurate and prompt. They communicated every step of the way, sent me pictures of the completed work and I was able to pay via Zelle. I appreciated the help getting this done at the last minute and look forward to hiring them again for my next project.

The husband and wife team were great. They worked around my schedule and bought construction materials. I just purchased fixtures and tile. They even picked up the big tile from the store for me. They do amazing work and are very flexible. All questions were answered and cost broken-down. I'm very happy with my new bathroom.

Terrible ""contractor"" - NOT LICENSED. Tried to force us to pay for unauthorized work we never agreed to, screwed up electrical wiring which they never should have been doing (causing us to have to enlist assistance of an actual electrician to fix issues), tried to get away with a bs incomplete drywall/painting job by saying that he did not agree to make it ""smooth"", etc.
This NON-CONTRACTOR walked off the job when we called him out for his poor work product. Then, he said he would put a lien out on our house if we did not pay him the out-standing balance (which at that point was less than the amount of damage he did in regard to our electrical system). Are you kidding me?
I don't believe any of the good reviews and should have listened to the bad ones because they are spot on. Some people are good at their job and some people are not. These people are absolutely terrible and should be charged with contracting without a license.

I had a good experience with this team, they quoted and started the job quickly. Best price by far. I want to give them 5 stars but the person who painted in my home didn't pay too much attention to covering the floor and got paint splatters on the carpet. They were small enough to remove. Iris and Ricardo came to take care of it afterward but I was disappointed because at the start of the job I called out that I had just got new floors and it was important to me to keep them nice. Next time I'll have to keep an eye on the person executing the work. I will be hiring them again for more work in my house. Overall great price for good work!

Update on first review
After confronting ricardo at his home, the first thing he said to me was the he was going to fix the problem. Then he started rambling on and on about different things like if I wanted to kick his a$$ to go ahead or to send people to kick his a$$ lol I just want him to fix his mistake. At the end he told me to take him to court because he figured I didn't have the time. But I did, and our court date was two weeks ago and they didn't show up. I got the judgement obviously and him and his wife still ignore my attempts to contact them. I'll continue w the legal procedure then. It's funny, because I would had said nice things about them if this wouldn't have happened. But then again, u really don't know someone until u go through situations. They're out there talking about mechanical leins when they themselves don't play by the rules of the legal system.

Iris and her partner were easy to reach and showed up right on time to provide a free estimate. I ultimately decided to hire them and they finished my painting job in less than a day and left no mess behind. Iris even ran to Home Depot to pick up additional paint needed on my behalf. They were both friendly and very polite. Iris communicates really well through text which I prefer!

DO NOT HIRE!!

If I can give zero stars I would. I highly recommend you find a different person to do work for you. Ricardo and his wife are not reliable and should not be trusted with work on your house.

- Ricardo and his wife left patch work unpainted
- Ricardo didn't finish painting the doors
- Ricardo did not install the appliances correctly, had to install them myself
- unresponsive: they never answer their phone. They said multiple times they would be here the next day to finish up work, and they just showed up when they wanted
- They broke my garage door that I had the get repaired
- They left the old water heater and trash in my driveway
- They installed the sinks water lines backwards! Hot water attached to cold and cold attached to hot. I had to fix these all myself.
- They broke multiple blinds when installing them.

I seriously contemplated taking Ricardo and his wife to small claims to get my money back for the work they agreed to do, but failed to do. They never came back to address all of the issues I raised with them. I'll never hire them again and I am doing a public service for writing this review. (I'll add photos to help explain.)

Espinoza's Remodeling just finished painting the exterior of our house, pergola, block wall, and garage. The quality of the prep work was very important to us, and they did not let us down. They spent 2-3 days power washing, calking, and repairing the stucco. They did a great job painting, and they promptly returned to do touch ups when we noticed some locations in need of more paint. Their price was very competitive. I would recommend Espinoza's Remodeling to anyone looking to paint the exterior of their home.

We hired them to paint the interior of our condo, strip the popcorn and float the ceiling. We added replacing all our doors, and doing drywall work. They ended up removing our bathroom vanities also. They're doing a great job and at a good value. I highly recommend them.

Extremely responsive team with great value for the work. They are however not licensed or bonded, but do request for a mechanical lien. Based on this technicality, we decided they would not be a good fit for our project.
