I asked a neighbor for a referral after a roofer I choose to do the job let me down. He gave me Espinosa Roofing. They repaired his wind destroyed roof.
I called, met with Jessie (the owner) shortly after. We met, went over the job details. In my younger days I sold roofing jobs, so I pretty much knew what was needed and how it would be done. One thing , i insisted on 6 nails per shingle due to the high winds in our area, north Upland. A few other roofers didn't feel it necessary. Jessie said ""Fine.""
We agreed on the price, which was fair to both of us. I informed Jessie that my insurance company covered the cost due to wind damage. They would pay in increments. He said ok, and I gave a strong deposit that day.
The work went smoothly, faster than I anticipated. The crew is professional and had a unique system of tearing off the existing roof. Fast, clean, no hiccups. At all. I got the re-roofing permit personally (don't ever re-roof without a city permit and final inspection). The inspector signed off on a job well done.

I cannot recommend this roofing company enough! From the time we met with Jesse (the owner) we felt completely at ease. VERY professional and courteous. The job was done in 2 days with absolutely no mess or disruption of any kind. Great quality materials and selection of colors. My calls/texts were answered promptly. Family owned. The owner himself, Jesse, was involved with the entire project. He gave us a fair estimate compared with other companies, he's friendly, professional, punctual, and provided samples and options. His crew even finished the job ahead of schedule and always left the premises clean. Highly recommend this company for all roofing needs.
