They did a wonderful job replacing our roof. The quote was the best out of five other companies we talked to. The job was accomplished in a clean and timely manner. The crew was very respectful and professional. We were clearly informed on their break time, so we could manage naps for the child. I'm very pleased we chose Espino to put in the new roof for us. Mine and my wife's experience with Antonio of Espino roofing was excellent. From the tear off of the existing roof to completion of the work, he honored the turnaround time provided and answered any questions and concerns we had during and after the project. We interviewed four other roofing businesses and we chose Antonio because he was very open and forthcoming with information about what best fit our roofing needs and most importantly our budget. When the city inspector came to view the completed job, he stated that the work was perfectly executed; this solidified our confidence in the work that Espino roofing had provided. Another selling point for us was that in contrast to others we had interviewed, Antonio had stated that he would be the one to obtain the work permit from the city versus us having to worry about doing that additional step. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of a professional, honest and timely roofing business.

Initially, my experience with Espino Roofing was great. They were prompt to return my call and text messages, and set up an appointment to assess the damage on my roof. I had a moderately leaking skylight after the recent rains in January. He came out, got on the roof, talked about how he was going to fix it, and planned when he'd return for the actual repair. As we got down, i told him that 1 more roofing company was coming to assess the damage as well. He looked a little annoyed, but i thought nothing of it. As he left, i told him that despite what the next roofing company said, I'd like to go with Espino Roofing for the repair. We set a date for Wednesday, shook hands, and went our separate ways. Long story short, despite my multiple phone calls and text messages i sent prior to the agreed date of repair, he never showed up, and never returned a text message or a phone call. As i write this review, my skylight is leaking water into a giant cooler i have set up. It's Friday, February 1, 2019, and we are forecasted to get about 2.5-3 inches of rain in the next 48 hours.
Very disappointing.

Just had my entire roof done at a very reasonable price, nice, professional, and very responsible roofers. I would highly recommend them. They made sure that every single scrap and nail was picked up after the job also, they left my property spotless.

Espino Roofing was beyond professional during my experience with them. An estimate was provided promptly and they were even able to fit me into their busy schedule early. The work was done efficiently and beautifully. They even took the time to paint the repaired portions of the eves (for free) even though this was not in the initial bid. Although my needs were not considered a ""major repair"" I felt like my project was just as important as entire new roof. A major plus as I could not get other roofing companies to cal me back or show up when they said they would for an estimate. I will only use Espino Roofing from this point on.
