Danny Espinal is professional, answers the phone, shows up on time. When is the last time you had a contractor do that?

He performed complicated roofing repairs, decking, repairs, and rec coating, foundation, waterproofing, and preventative maintenance on my house he explained repairs and findings, cleaned up the job site every day, and showed up on time every day.

I normally don't leave reviews, but he is an exception in his field. I have recommended him to friends and family.

Danny has worked on one of the decks that was causing water damages. First of all, Danny was extremely professional- he was ALWASY on time and easy to communicate with, that was something I highly appreciate. He worked with other contractors, but he himself showed up to check on progress everyday which made me feel that he cares, and he is in charge. My deck was having a unique issue- I had it evaluated by many different decking companies that recommended demolishing and rebuilding (very expensive!). Danny came up with a creative and financially feasible way of addressing the issue and salvaged the deck.

He is currently working on another deck and will possibly work on our roof, too. I will update the review once we are done with all the works with photos. Thus far, everything has been above expectations, and I highly recommend this company.

He came to see the balcony and gave me a fair estimate of the work to be done. The work was done well and efficiently in two days just as estimated.
