This place re-roofed our brand new apartment complex after the 4/28/21 hail storm. They started in July. They worked with our apartment complex to set dates... and then stuck to nothing.

They were so far behind, they brought on extra help. I spent hundreds of dollars to get a place to stay while they were ""scheduled"" to re-roof my building - then they were running behind, then all of a sudden they were 3 weeks ahead. They sent us all notices they'd start my building on Monday... then they started re-roofing the wrong building - yes you read that right, they re-roofed the WRONG BUILDING - without letting the landlord/property manager know or any of the tenants. So we all got to deal with that...

THEN, FOUR of their roofers were caught smoking weed in one of their company trucks and videoed by our property managers.

IN ADDITION to all this, their lift that brought down all their trash sprung a hydraulic leak and sprayed multiple residents' vehicles with hydraulic fluid, eating away their paint. And they are STILL fighting months later (EVEN THOUGH THEY ADMITTED THE BREAK) to not pay for those car claims.

And to add more, they threw trash EVERYWHERE. There are nails and plastic and roofing materials everywhere that have washed into the creek behind us from rain and are poisoning the environment.

This company is untimely, unprofessional, and will hopefully be held accountable to all their horrific actions and CRIMES.
