Eric came up as a recommendation from one of our neighbors who used his services for a roofing job. We had a great and completely stress-free experience with Eric. He and his team came out to fix some deficiencies in our roof. They did a clean and precise job and finished everything within a week. He came across as honest, very competent, and very easy to work with. And above all, reasonably priced. The roof looked so beautiful after they finished it. We cannot recommend them enough!

Eric was extremely experienced and knowledgeable, he answered my first call, and came out right away to see meet me. He immediately followed up with a quote and scheduled the repair within a week of meeting me. His crew was very fast, courteous and cleaned up after completing the work. My high pitched ceiling, with a brand new roof, had been dripping water several days or weeks after each rain, but not during the rain, very mysteriously for 6 years...since it was first installed! No one else could figure out why, not my Engineer father in law, my Carpenter Dad, or my handyman Husband. Not even the original roofer who installed it!

Eric realized the problem the moment he saw it, there was no ventilation between the ceiling and the roof, and so it was actually not a leak, but condensation collecting from the moisture being trapped. He solved the problem with a ventilated ridge cap. He went above and beyond, repairing some other loose shingles and replacing a poorly installed ventilation cap for my furnace. I wish I had called him years ago!

Excellent response, prompt and efficient service.
I had a leak and knew that we needed to have a section of our roof repaired, and when the roofer that originally did the job was unresponsive, I reached out to Eric. Eric came out promptly to inspect our job and gave us a very reasonable quote. This included a 1 year warranty. I felt Eric was honest and did not try to over charge me for work that was unnecessary like many of the other roofing companies that gave me estimates. I would definitely recommend Eric for your roofing needs.

Eric's crew did a great job at my house. They install GAF HD reflector shingles and low profile dormer vents on both my garage and house. In addition, her removed and replaced all fascia and eave boards with new redwood 1x4 and 1x10 on entire house.
They were always on time and cleaned up everyday. Eric would come often to inspect progress. Very professional. Highly recommend Eric's Roofing.

Initially they were prompt and professional. The quote was competitive to other quotes I received. They created a new drainable point for my roof but didn't tell us we need a new gutter and drainpipes for the new point which after the first rain flooded my house underneath and in the garage. For every 5 emails or calls I might get a response back. He said he'd have his gutter guy come when we had the lines run but he won't return calls or emails. The lack of communication after spending so much money on a new roof is totally unacceptable. Stay away, find someone with more reviews who will get back to you post sale.

They over-charged us significantly. $300 to patch one crack on our roof - and the guy did it in 5 minutes. He also told us there were other cracks that needed attending to, but that was not included in the scope of work and would cost more money. 5 minutes. I mentioned this was way too much to charge, and they said sorry it was already agreed to. Not impressed.

Eric is a very nice, very honest roofer who did a great job on my roof and took time to explain why I didn't need to do half the work I thought I needed to! He was recommended to me by two peers and I will absolutely use his company to do my entire roof next time I need it. He was the third roofer I met with during the estimate phase and I am glad I gave him the chance to come out and take a look at the job.
