Eric's team came out right away for some emergency rain preparation to cover up my roof. I paid top dollars for that job - Then they had to come back cause the plastic cover blew away in the heavy winds. (Which I assume is part of the service) . Since then, multiple calls and text messages to set up a time and to get an estimate to actually fix the roof... no call back and I am now going with another company

Eric did my roof $13k+++ in 2018 and it's leaking after one season from poor workmanship. Doesn't return calls or take responsibility for poor quality. Would not recommend and will be taking further actions after his lack of accountability.
Also, when his crew did the job Eric was not around...the entire week.
Hire someone who will supervise the job they are doing.
Would never do business with this person again or refer him.

Fast and professional, definitely recommend. Did our guest house in one day to match our front house. He has a great warranty on his roofs that can't be match by any company, further attesting to their quality of work and shingles. The owner, Eric, did the bid and oversaw the project, which, unlike some other roofing companies, means you don't have to deal with a salesperson who passes you off as soon as you sign the contract.

They did a great job and even came back after it rained to check on my roof because I was having some leaking in a vent. (We discovered it was from the a/c venting having holes in it, as we have a flat roof and a/c venting is exposed,)

We chose Eric's Roofing to replace a wood shake roof with asphalt shingles. He had to compete with a half dozen other roofers some recommended by yelp and some by neighbors. His bid was excellent compared with most others and he had a fairly significant contract which spelled out the deal. He was open to contract changes although somewhat slow getting back to me. Work started on time and he sent a capable crew with a crew supervisor to do the work. Very professional and quality job and his purchase of roof shingles was literally exact to the square foot. Site was prepped and cleaned properly. Two reasons I gave four stars is that his returns calls were not as timely as I would have liked or he missed a few, and he did not show up on the site during or after completion. I should point out his crew was great and his being there was not essential which I guess is the mark of good leader. I would recommend him highly if you want a great deal on the roofing job, and do not need the handholding.

Eric came up as a recommendation from one of our neighbors who used his services for a roofing job. We had a great and completely stress-free experience with Eric. He and his team came out to fix some deficiencies in our roof. They did a clean and precise job and finished everything within a week. He came across as honest, very competent, and very easy to work with. And above all, reasonably priced. The roof looked so beautiful after they finished it. We cannot recommend them enough!

Eric & his team were recommended to us by friends. He came out immediately and gave us a quote, helped with tile selection and was personable, reliable & always reachable.
His team is fast & furious and the whole 2,000 foot property was done in 3 1/2 days. I can't even get my laundry folded that quickly. It looks amazing & even my neighbors admire our new roof. We're very happy & would highly recommend him.

Eric was extremely experienced and knowledgeable, he answered my first call, and came out right away to see meet me. He immediately followed up with a quote and scheduled the repair within a week of meeting me. His crew was very fast, courteous and cleaned up after completing the work. I highly recommend Eric's Roofing.

My high pitched ceiling, with a brand new roof, had been dripping water several days or weeks after each rain, but not during the rain, very mysteriously for 6 years...since it was first installed! No one else could figure out why, not my Engineer father in law, my Carpenter Dad, or my handyman Husband. Not even the original roofer who installed it!

Eric realized the problem the moment he saw it, there was no ventilation between the ceiling and the roof, and so it was actually not a leak, but condensation collecting from the moisture being trapped. He solved the problem with a ventilated ridge cap. He went above and beyond, repairing some other loose shingles and replacing a poorly installed ventilation cap for my furnace. I wish I had called him years ago!

Thank you so much Eric, I can now rest easy knowing my roof is fixed for good!
