I would give this guy a 0 if I could. Stay far away from this ""So called licensed roofer."" He scammed me for $700.00 And never fixed my roof, although he said he spent, ""hours"" on it. I wasn't there, thought I could trust him and not have to stand guard over him. It was a complete red flag when I asked for after pictures. He told me he had never heard of someone asking for postures of the job after it was completed. I say bs to that. Everyone wants to see the end result/outcome of what they paid to have fixed, who doesn't. He refused to give me any before or after pictures and actually was a little heated and hostile when I asked.
I have reported him, his claim of being licensed and his company to the BBB, my bank, Wells Fargo to proceed with a full investigation with a possible lien, and I will now notify the licensing board. Beware of his loud fast talk blow-hog speeches of how long he's been in business, etc, etc, etc, blah, blah, blah. I also bought 3 cans of paint for our trim to be repainted on our house, he has a handyman he works with that does this. The paint is on the side of Erickson' s roofing house. He won't bring that back to me. The handyman started the job and never came back to finish. Go with a big name company even if it costs a little more. Make sure you Yelp and investigate their reputation first.
