I do not recommend them. They are quick to come out and take your money but do not show up to repair their faulty workmanship. I have text and left several phone messages. To no avail. If I could give a negative star I would. -*

Disaster! 2 weeks for a roof and we were left with a disaster. We were promised a complete roof repair within the second day and shingles mismatched- problems just got worse. Now, no one at the company has made any contact with us since Friday. Our roof doesn't pass inspection at all -several companies have said the work is negligent, shingles not placed correctly or even cut down (looks like a kid tried to attack the shingles with scissors, pipes not nailed down or caulked to prevent future leaks, the right side of our house has shingles that are angled down, some spots have open areas where there's no coverage at all.

I am continually impressed with ERC Roofing. It is satisfying to know that I have an expert in my corner to help me with the insurance company and then to expertly install my new roof.

The roofing team worked super fast, they cleaned up as they went so that we wouldn't have roofing nails spread everywhere and they were done within 2 or 3 days which was crazy fast.

I have recommended them to my neighbor. They are here before the sun rises and stayed well past dark. They work hard and really care about doing the best job the first time.
