Ben was helpful in reviewing the status of our roof to determine if replacement was needed, very knowledgeable in the different options and appropriate selections, and flawless in the execution. The communication from inspection visit, then quote, and finally the job scheduling and project completion was timely and transparent.

My parents recently needed a roof replacement. I got a few quotes but went with Equinox Roofing because of their reputation in our area and the very professional representative that came to our house.They also have a good warranty on their products and services. When the time came to do the install they were on time and worked very hard to do a good job. Ben our job supervisor was excellent and always provided photos of the job progression. Ben at Equinox Roofing has been one of the best contractors we've hired in Walnut Creek. They are super easy to communicate with, have great prices, on time, and delivered a quick turnaround. We had a serious roof leak a couple years ago, and they were able to replace the roof as well as the shingles in 4 days. Fast forward to this week, where a seal in one of our skylights got a slight crack from the cold weather. Ben was able to come by the next afternoon and re-seal the skylight in 20 minutes. Total lifesavers. We will be going w/Equinox Roofing for the foreseeable future. Thanks so much Ben and team!!

Equinox Roofing was unbelievably professional. Everything from inspection, to quote, to the installation was above and beyond from what my husband and I had imagined.
The crew was very on point, always came on time and was super friendly. For us the best part was the cleanup, I have never seen someone take a 3 foot magnet and run it through our yard picking up any and all loose nails and trash that fell during the demolition phase of the installation. It was extremely appreciated due to the fact that we have pets. The project itself took about 4 days. I highly recommend this company and will in the future. Thank you Equinox Roofing!

We've been living in this house in Oakland for many years and decided that the roof needed to be replaced.
Ben and the team did a great job replacing our entire roof. Their bid was competitive and we went with them based on a recommendation from our neighbor. Pricing was transparent and Ben was flexible to work with. The team did the job in 6 full days and the roof looks great. From start to finish Ben did a great job in communicating- during the job morning and evening progress updates on how his team were working through the install with drone shots of the entire roof. After the job the team cleaned up all of the debris around the house and where some of the old roof ended up falling.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Equinox Roofing; they are priced right, work efficiently and are very customer centric. I would recommend them for your next roofing project.

We interviewed several companies equinox roofing and Ben the roofer was not the cheapest or the most expensive they were right down the middle and we are so happy we chose Equinox to install our 30 year warranty roof. They were quick they cleaned after themselves every day and Ben was here every day to make sure that our roof is perfect. They never asked for more money after we signed the contract. Even though we had some plywood issues they took pictures they showed us the issues, but they never charged us extra money for that. If you are looking to install a new roof don't hesitate to call Ben at equinox roofing.
