We love our new roof! What made my Equinox Roofing review worth 5 stars in our opinion was not only the excellence in workmanship, but the fact that everyone we dealt with were so professional, eager to please, and very courteous. Equinox Roofing is a very customer-oriented company. The installers displayed superior attention to detail and did a wonderful job cleaning up afterwards. Equinox Roofing honored their quote and gave us a beautiful roof which has received many compliments from our neighbors and friends. We would recommend this company, without reservation, to anyone considering installing a new roof. Great Job Guys!!

From start to finish, this company provides the absolute best in quality, service and value. Ben knows his business, is reasonable, attentive, informative and honest. Ben came with a hard sell for over an hour. They showed me some extremely cheap roofing material and when I asked for some better quality material they said they would bring it by the next day. They never bothered.
Check this company off as unreliable.

gabriel came out to give me a estimate. the first estimate came out to double what other contractors charge. he told me later he will get back to me with all the discounts added. That quote came back more than the first quote. this company and all there positive reviews are scams. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Getting a new roof is a stressful and expensive endeavour. Choosing the right roofing company is key. I recently worked with Eli at Equinox to get a quote and ultimately chose them to do the work. Now that it's all done and dusted, I glad we did.


We chose Equinox despite them not being the cheapest. Eli took the time to inspect our roof and climbed into our attic to help give an informed quote. He sat down and explained materials and process. Basically, he gave me an education in roofing. This built trust and I felt comfortable going with a company that wanted to build a relationship based on trust.


Our house is an old house and needed a new roof for aesthetic and fire protection reasons. It has multiple floors and a steep pitch. Not only did Eli put together a team experienced with working on steep pitch roofs his team also understood and shared our desire for the aesthetic details that would complement the house. Eli project managed the process and Miguel was crew chief. They both worked with an eye towards quality and detail and used quality materials. They took care of the small details many would overlook, and they spent extra time doing so to preserve the look and feel of our house. Both Miguel's quality of work and Eli's sensitivity to ensuring the roof complemented the house were, I think, unique in all the roofing companies we spoke with.


Throughout the project Eli kept me informed of the progress and any challenges that arose. He made himself available to discuss options and approaches. Steps were taken to protect the landscaping and the job site was well cleaned at the end of each day. Eli documented the entire process and uploaded a gallery of shots and drone video footage.


We are extremely happy we selected Equinox Roofing. We are delighted with the results and felt the process was executed professionally and with excellent results.

Ben was very honest with the roofing materials that my flat roof needed and walked me through the process of how they will install my new roof. He followed up with a competitive quote that outlined what is to be completed for the work. Equinox quote was in the middle range of all the bids I received. I ultimately chose Ben based off of his confidence that they'll do a good job.

They handled the permit and inspection. The crew, made of 5-6 men, came early in the morning around 7:30am and left at 6:30pm the first evening and then 8:30pm the second evening. They WORKED HARD. There was no messing around and the only noises I heard were the roofing noise. They completed my roof in TWO days which I appreciated since I have two babies and a dog and I work from home. There was a language barrier with the workers but we were able to navigate through it. The workers consistently contacted me to do clean ups and left my foyer, backyard and the front of my house clean. The best thing was that they even painted the metal sheetings to match my house color! These small details make me feel confident that they paid extra attention to everything.

My roof passed the inspection and Ben swung by to take some drone shots of my roof and showed me the finish project. He also sent me everything that I needed to send off to my insurance company to reinstate my home insurance auto renewal function.

Also, I appreciated that the quote given was the final price and there wasn't any hidden cost. Ben is very cognizant of how expensive roofing projects are and did not try to upsell anything to me but a trustworthy team.
