Our relationship with Equinox got off to a solid start with Mikey's comprehensive sales presentation. He showed us shingle samples along with other state-of-the-art materials to be used in the roofing process. Mikey answered all our questions thoroughly, and offered several cost-saving suggestions we were delighted to take advantage of.

The work started and ended on time, although there was an unexpected difficulty involving rotten wood that caused a good deal of extra work and required a change order. The repair was exemplary!

The Equinox workers were on time every day, and thoroughly cleaned up every day what little mess they created. Mikey visited the jobsite regularly, and was constantly on top of what the workers were doing. The level of communication with Mikey was truly exceptional.

When the roofing was completed, we could see why Equinox is ""the most trusted roofing company in the Bay Area"". They certainly have our trust, and our highest recommendation!

We had a great experience with Equinox Roofing. They responded quickly to our quote request through Yelp, came out to provide an estimate within a couple of days, and were competitive with their quote. Ben (project manager) was with us from the initial quote all the way through to the completion of the work. He was very responsive whenever we had any questions and would have been if there were any issues. But there weren't any issues! the crew was punctual (even early) and worked quickly. We've had a couple of rain storms and an atmospheric river since then and none of our old leaks have returned.

It took 2 hours to take down the 2 layers old roof and 8 hours to finish installing the whole new roof. The guys were very proficient ! Amazing! This company is top notch! We are in the process of selling our home and needed roof inspection and replacement. I called Equinox Roofing and I spoke to Eli, who is one of the owners. Eli was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in roofing. Eli scheduled Ben to come out right away. Ben was very pleasant to work with and did a great job going over needed repairs and replaced in detail. We will only be using Equinox for our roofing needs now and in the future. We had a leak in our roof from the mounting of some poorly installed solar panels. Equinox answered our call promptly and sent someone out to do a temporary fix that day (putting a cover over the leaky bits), and came back to do a permanent fix a few days later. Easy to work with, the new shingles match the existing roof perfectly, and hopefully no more wet ceilings.

We had a really tight timeline in getting the roofing replaced during a major remodel project. We were thankfully referred to Equinox Roofing. Ben was very responsive in providing options and a detailed estimate. He was very knowledgeable in responding to questions and said they could commit to the tight timeline. Ben provided a start date and had good communication when the date had to move due to several days of Rainy weather. The Equinox crew came as scheduled and had the old roofing off and new roofing back on in 3 days. The crew was very courteous and professional, and very efficient. When I mentioned this to Ben he said they have been working together for over 8 years. The quality of work was exceptional. Clean up of the job site was excellent, you wouldn't even know they were there, except the new roof.
