Epic was contracted to replace the entire tile roof on my house. There was a timeline to complete as the house was under a sales contract with a specific date. Epic said the tile selected would take 12-14 weeks to be shipped. I chose a replacement and Epic's customer service said still 12-14 weeks. That was incorrect as the tile was in stock. Tile delivered and loaded on roof, but installers were busy with other jobs, so the start was delayed despite an urgent completion date. Finally started and completed two days before sale closing. Roof had to be inspected by Estero Building Department for approval. Epic was required to submit a form to the Building department, but submitted too late to be reviewed. Next day (day of closing) Building Department said ""Wrong Form Submitted"".
Epic should have known what to submit.
Their customer service department would not respond during the entire process. My calls were many and persistent as there was an ongoing urgency they ignored. Their crew ate ""lunch"" on my driveway pavers and spilled ""sauces"" that stained at least 40 pavers. They returned after my complaining and a 16 year of scrubbed with a broom and a solution. That solution left a white film that discolored the pavers. They were told but did not fix as of the closing sale. Every aspect of Epic is deplorable, especially Brittany in customer service who is the responsible one for managing things. Rude, not capable, and the WORST person I have ever dealt with. Stay away.

Epic Roofing & Exteriors re-roofed our house last December. We reviewed the contract before the job started and wouldn't sign because they required all gutters removed before the re-roof. Our senior account manager, Austin, assured us that if the gutters were left on there wouldn't be any damage and if there was, it would be repaired by Epic at no cost. There was a verbal agreement with the company before signing the contract. When the work was finished, one side gutter was bowed and bent. Austin left the company as the re-roof was being completed and we were not informed. Epic will now not honor the gutter repair as we agreed. Two Epic reps have been out and one even mentioned their warranty. We never heard back from either. I finally called them a few weeks ago and they responded by sending us a copy of the contract. We strongly recommend caution when dealing with their account representatives and get every detail in writing. From our experience, they are not to be trusted with agreements and warranties.

Just completed an approximately 60 Square (6000 SF calculated surface area) new, replacement concrete barrel tile roof using Boral Villa 900 - Casa Grande blend tile and Polyglass TU max underlayment with 30 pound felt. Quote was market competitive and more so, given outcome to pricing quote for roof replacement.
The owner, Roddie Antonijevic, has been in the industry for about 16 years and has been quite professional, informative, and wanting us to truly understand the entirety of the process, including choices, alternatives & options. All questions were answered.
The foremen, Jared Thomas and Greg Summerall, were out daily overseeing the skilled installers, who worked well together as a team. The surrounding grounds around the house were kept clean, organized and free of trash - debris. There was daily quality control (QC), magnetic sweeping of our driveway for nails, screws, metal, use of an air blower on roof and driveway, and brooming. Gutters were maintained, not damaged and flushed with water. Plywood was layed down to protect our driveway, and all plantings around the house were covered with tarp, as was the pool - lanai cage, to avoid damage. A small dump truck was used daily x multiple visits per day to clear (old) tiles, tar paper - felt, and old underlayment. New plywood was used to repair prior damage to our roof. The job site was daily left clean and without visible trash - debris.
At least two final roof top inspections were made by the supervisory, foreman staff plus the owner's own, final inspection. Lee County inspection also passed with a good evaluation. All photos, including drone, were surprisingly sent to me electronically for my records. Warranty was provided, and I registered with Boral roofing systems.
I have no doubt that follow-up will be made by the company, and any repairs (if needed) will be provided by Epic Roofing & Exteriors.
At the end of the day, trust, ethics & conduct, due diligence (including BBB review, etc.), and referrals all enter into the decision-making process of whom to use as a roofer.

The owner came out himself and fixed my problem, which was due to my stucco cracking not even a roof problem. I got up on the roof myself and he showed me. Prior owners had them do a full roof and it looks fabulous. I called and left a message on Friday at 4:15, again the owner Roddie, called me himself and even though I had not been the customer, the former owner was, he came out on Friday at 4:45 and put a tarp up as there was a huge storm, but he got up on the roof any way. I wish I could give them TEN STARS. They were the best company I have ever worked with. He worked until 8:30 tonight to fix it and again I got up on the roof and it looks PERFECT.

I had an appointment with Taylor Wilder representing EPIC roofing on 03/25/2021 to receive an estimate. Unknowingly, I signed what I thought was consent for her to speak with my insurance company. It happened to be an Assignmentment of Benefits Contract. Due to her refusal to provide me with an itemized estimate of costs and choose the product, I clearly stated I would be seeking another roofing company and canceling any relationship with them. She never relayed this information to her company. After 5 months of numerous phone calls and emails, between Taylor, her manager, Austin Short, and owner Roddie Antonijevic, I have been unable to receive a cancellation of contract from them and they keep requesting monetary payment of various amounts without an itemized statement or clear explanation of payment. I would never ever do business with them.

Epic Roofing has been a very reliable company. I called Greg Hudson at 1-816-564-4600 and setup a roof inspection. He gave me a date and time and was very prompt in showing up on time. Anytime I had a question or concern,I just called Greg and he provided me with the answers to my questions or gave me step by step instructions on what I needed to do.
Epic Roofing did a Great Job on my roof and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Epic Roofing did a great job from start to finish. The roof was installed soon after the claim was submitted to the insurance company. They worked with the insurance company very well. All I paid was the deductible.

The crew was very impressive. They obviously knew what they were doing. They were very efficient and were careful to clean up afterwards. The roof was replaced quickly and is beautiful.

I recommend Epic without reservation.

I honestly can't say enough good things about Epic Roofing! I will and have recommended them to anyone needing a roof. After fighting with my insurance company for almost one year following hurricane Irma, I FINALLY got them to cut me a check for my leaking roof. I received estimates from at least fifteen different roofing companies. Some companies never sent an estimate. I guess there are still plenty of people needing a roof so the customer is at the mercy of the roofing companies.

Ryan was the salesman that I dealt with. He was a very nice, cordial and respectful person. He wasn't a fast talker trying to sell me something I didn't need. One company gave me a quote and within 7 days claimed the cost of materials went up...by $2,000! I rarely hire contractor's because my husband does contracting work but anytime I have there has ALWAYS been a problem. Not with Epic! They did everything we agreed to, for the price we agreed to AND within 3 weeks of signing with them my roof was completely finished! The crew that did the rip and roofing on my house were such hard working men. If you need a roof and don't want any aggravation, hire Epic! I'm sure you'll be as pleased as we are.

On May 25th, 2018, a gentleman from Epic Roofing ( I believe his name was Mr. Beeson) was at my residence to take a look at my tile roof for the purpose of giving an estimate on what the cost would be to replace my roof. He took pictures & measurements and advised that his company would email an estimate in regards to the cost of this job sometime early the following week.
The following week, on June 1st, I contacted Epic roofing and related that I had not yet received an estimate from them relating to the cost of a tile roof replacement. The receptionist I spoke to was unable to find any information in regard to this matter and I was put on hold. After a short while a gentleman picked up the phone and asked a number of questions & I believe was able to find some information pertaining to this matter. He apologized for the mix up and assured me that sometime the following week he would have an estimate forwarded to my email address.
Well, today is the 20th of June & guess what. Still, no estimate!
Prior to calling Epic Roofing I had read a number of good reviews about their company.
Unfortunately, this has not been my experience

Forest came to my home from EPIC and was a smooth talking white man, did all the paper work and 2 weeks later a work crew from TEXAS showed up to start the re roof they were hard workers but did not speak a word of ENGLISH so no communication called MARSHAL
